\u2022 answer calls and respond to emails
\u2022 handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
\u2022 research required information using available resources
\u2022 manage and resolve customer complaints
\u2022 provide customers with product and service information
\u2022 enter new customer information into system
\u2022 update existing customer information
\u2022 process orders, forms and applications
\u2022 identify and escalate priority issues
\u2022 route calls to appropriate resource
\u2022 follow up customer calls where necessary
\u2022 document all call information according to standard operating procedures
\u2022 complete call logs
\u2022 produce call reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 High school graduate or higher,
\u2022 To have 2-3 years\u2019 experience in sales
\u2022 Proficient in relevant computer applications
\u2022 Required language proficiency
\u2022 Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
\u2022 Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
\u2022 Some experience in a call center or customer service environment
\u2022 good data entry and typing skills
\u2022 Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and organizational skills,
\u2022 Ability to multi-task and work under pressure,
\u2022 Excellent English \/ Excellent French.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
