STRATEGIES! Is recruiting a Digital Content Creator<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I. Roles and responsibilities
Working in collaboration with the Community Manager, the Content Creator
\u2981 Is in charge of content development for the website and other social media channels:
\u2981 Technical articles \u2013 Assists in writing thematic articles and strategy for STRATEGIES! Positioning as a Thought Leadership Firm
\u2981 Non-Technical articles \u2013 activities or event-related articles
\u2981 Production of other communication tools: videos, visuals
\u2981 Coordinates in-house and outsourced content production to other partners such as writers and marketing or advertising agencies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
II. Required competence<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\nCandidates should demonstrate
\u2981 Strong analytical and writing skills
\u2981 Experience with social media
\u2981 Ability to create, structure and implement content creation strategies
\u2981 Ability to produce high-quality content within deadlines
\u2981 Ability to write clearly and adapting style and content to different audience
\u2981 Strong strategic thinking skills
\u2981 Ability to work independently, flexibly and under pressure
\u2981 Flexibility in responding to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
\u2981 Productive and efficient worker, highly motivated
\u2981 Mastery of graphic and video creation tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
\u2981 Good knowledge of web design tools: WordPress, landing pages, etc.
\u2981 Good knowledge of SEO and SEA techniques
\u2981 Competence that would be a great advantage
\u2981 Good understanding of private sector and\/or development issues
\u2981 Strong presentation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
III. Required Skills & Experience
Academic Qualifications\/Education:
\u2981 At least a bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent in experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Experience:
\u2981 Experience in corporate and\/or institutional communication
\u2981 Proven record producing articles, blogs and communication content \u2013 At least 3 samples of previous work must be provided
\u2981 Using online platforms for communication
\u2981 Knowledge of social media: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. is an advantage<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Language skills:
\u2981 Fluency in English and French is required (written and verbal) \u2013 emphasis on English
\u2981 Strong listening skills

\u2981 3 different samples of communication content (articles, blogs, visuals, videos, etc.) showing variety in style and target audience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
