He\/she shall ensure that these items are made available to the stakeholders and users of the decision-making system and shall ensure that the operational and strategic performance indicators are aligned in the reports, while respecting the standards and procedures in force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Main Activities and Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Ensure the production of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Results Indicators (KRI) for the units;<\/li><li>Perform reporting and analysis of data and performance indicators in Power BI;<\/li><li>Automate trend charts, reports on metrics and performance indicators for use by the various stakeholders in the company&rsquo;s decision-making system (top management, intermediate and direct managers, controllers, heads of reporting for commercial units, distribution, internal control, strategic planning, and the finance department, etc.);<\/li><li>Participate in the implementation of a data warehouse for the operational activities of the electrical energy commercial and distribution business (data marts for the production of operating reports);<\/li><li>Participate in the production of monthly and annual activity reports on the KPIs;<\/li><li>Ensure data historization;<\/li><li>Responding to various requests to provide reports to other units using the BI system;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Age: 35 years maximum;<\/li><li>GCE A level + 4 or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics or related fields;<\/li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in the areas of business intelligence (data-informed decision-making).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Good mastery of programming techniques \/ SQL and ETL queries,<\/li><li>Good understanding of data mining;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Good mastery of data analysis and manipulation;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Good knowledge of information presentation models (tables, pivot tables, graphs);&nbsp;<\/li><li>Good command of algorithms and statistics (regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modelling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks);<\/li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI; SAS; Pentaho, SQL Development&nbsp;<\/li><li>Good command of database queries (Oracle, MS SQL Server, My SQL), SQL regular expressions and stored procedures;<\/li><li>Good mastery of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio);<\/li><li>Good command of Windows and Linux operating systems;<\/li><li>Good understanding of programming languages such as: Python, R, Java or C#. &nbsp;
