Adhoc and Operational Meeting<\/strong>
\u2212 Participate and provide inputs in operational meetings as and when required
\u2212 Set up and manage adhoc meetings for day to day operational requirements as and when required
Escalations
\u2212 Timely notification of escalations to the Manager.
\u2212 Resolve escalations as per defined escalation \/ resolution procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As per business plan
\u2212 Participate and provide inputs in project status meetings.
\u2212 Propose operational changes and provide associated user impact assessment.
\u2212 Ensure coordination of acceptances related to new activated sites and any new implementation of the projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2212 Ensure effective execution of day to day operations at the CoE and at the Opco and coordinate resolution of operational issues with NPM team.
\u2212 Improve productivity and quality through leading practice initiatives
\u2212 Interact appropriately with the NPM team for network optimization, Suppliers for sites activations and features implementation as well as monitoring, controls and guidance as to safeguard interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2212 Provide inputs to the Manager (as required) relating to progress made within the sub-division and in accordance with the measurement metrics set by the organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2212 Fluent in French and English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2212 Experience in a managed services environment and project management would be an advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2212 Systems and supervision of telecommunications network equipment.
