As part of the launch of SOFT EDUCATION activities for the school year 2020\/2021, BASSAGAL CONSULTING AFRICA recruits: 15 Anglophone teachers (M\/F) (ref: AT001)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will carry out following activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Define learning objective and schedule education activities
\u2022 Monitor punctuality, pupils’ studiousness during lessons, check justifications and give feddbacks to the administration
\u2022 Collect information and lesson note preparation (lesson notebook, learning method)
\u2022 Check class control
\u2022 Organize educational space in the classroom
\u2022 Supervise pupils during interclasses, extracurricular activities, or any other activities
\u2022 Welcome pupil’s when they arrive in class
\u2022 Adapt the learnig styles according to pupils’ difficulties
\u2022 Access pupils’ progress in learining
\u2022 Inform families, educational teams on the evaluation methods, results, difficulties or behavior of the child
\u2022 Process information ( collect, classify and update)
\u2022 Develop a project with pupil’s<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Candidates must have the following profil:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Minimum CAPIEMP holder, with working experience
\u2022 Good knowledge of the Cameroonian education systeme
\u2022 Good mastery of English language and ICT tools
\u2022 Excellent personal organization skills, autonomy, listening, creativity
\u2022 Teaching, team animation technique and child psychology
\u2022 Techniques to prevent and avoid conflicts
\u2022 Adaptability and ability to work in a team<\/p>\n\n\n\n
