Enr\u00f4lement administratif des nouvelles recrues<br>&#8211; Traitement des r\u00e9clamations du personnel<br>&#8211; Gestion des absences du personnel (Cong\u00e9s, Repos Maladie, Absence Longue Dur\u00e9e)<br>&#8211; Elaboration et suivi des contrats (courriers administratifs du personnel, Suivi des p\u00e9riodes d\u2019essai\/probatoire du personnel jusqu\u2019aux notifications)<br>&#8211; Pr\u00e9paration des correspondances administrative au personnel<br>&#8211; Pr\u00e9paration des dossiers administratifs (CNPS, retraite, d\u00e9mission, licenciement, d\u00e9part n\u00e9goci\u00e9, m\u00e9daille du travail\u2026)<br>&#8211; Pr\u00e9paration de la fiche de d\u00e9fense en cas de litige, assure le suivi des rendez-vous \u00e0 l\u2019inspection du travail et de l\u2019archivage des proc\u00e8s-verbaux de conciliation totale<br>&#8211; Mise \u00e0 jour des proc\u00e9dures RH<br>&#8211; S\u2019assurer de la bonne tenue des dossiers du personnel<br>&#8211; Assure la veille juridique de la Direction des Ressources Humaines<br>&#8211; Mise \u00e0 jour des pouvoirs et signatures<br>&#8211; Gestion des assurances du personnel (retraite compl\u00e9mentaire, accident agent en mission)<br>&#8211; Respect de la l\u00e9gislation du travail et de l\u2019application du r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur<br>&#8211; Digitalisation des processus administratifs<br>&#8211; Suivi des cotisations et prestations familiales CNPS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Gestion de la discipline et conformit\u00e9 :<\/strong><br>&#8211; Analyse des dossiers disciplinaires et proposition de sanction<br>&#8211; R\u00e9daction et notification des sanctions arr\u00eat\u00e9es<br>&#8211; Pr\u00e9paration de la d\u00e9fense en cas de litige<br>&#8211; Organisation des Conseils de discipline<br>&#8211; Montage des dossiers de cr\u00e9dit en appoint au Charg\u00e9 de Client\u00e8le interne<br>&#8211; Supporte l\u2019animation des actions et pr\u00e9conisations du Comit\u00e9 d\u2019Hygi\u00e8ne, de Sant\u00e9 et de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 au Travail (CHSST)<br>&#8211; Supervise le plan d\u2019action sant\u00e9, et supporte le d\u00e9ploiement du service m\u00e9dical de la banque, de la Mutuelle et de l\u2019Association Sportive<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Gestion de la paie et engagements du personnel :<\/strong><br>&#8211; Collecter et Pr\u00e9parer, Comptabiliser et suivre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments variables de la paie<br>&#8211; Traiter quotidiennement les \u00e9l\u00e9ments valid\u00e9s<br>&#8211; Confectionner et saisir les pi\u00e8ces comptables<br>&#8211; Montage des dossiers de cr\u00e9dit en appoint au Charg\u00e9 de Client\u00e8le interne<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Ma\u00eetrise des Risques Op\u00e9rationnels :<\/strong><br>&#8211; Assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au quotidien des op\u00e9rations de son p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre<br>&#8211;
