However, since the commencement of this arrangement, there has not been any post distribution reconciliation carried out.\u00a0<br><br>The CBT Reconciliations Team has been set up by Management to review the contract arrangements with MTN and carry out monthly reconciliation of the monies paid to beneficiaries\u2019 mobile money accounts, establish any unutilized funds if that there could and establish if these monies have been returned to WFP beneficiaries account in line with the stated Terms of Reference. The team has also been tasked to undertake specific reconciliations as outlined here below.\u00a0<br><br><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive, within delegated authority):<\/strong>Under direct supervision of the CBT Reconciliation Officer, the Programme Associate\u00a0(CBT Reconciliations)\u00a0and in close coordination with Programme (CBT\/SCOPE), M&amp;E and Finance units as well as the Field Offices, the Programme Associate will assist in all tasks related to the accurate reconciliation of food assistance transfers using CBTs.<br><br> Key roles include:Using data from the FSP, Partners, Finance and SCOPE, the Programme Associate will support the head of the Reconciliations unit to provide specialized project management support to all SCOPE\/CBT related work to ensure timely and accurate reconciliations of cash transfers on a monthly basis following WFP\u2019s policies and procedures.<br><br>Prepare a range of reports and data analysis to the CO Cash Working Group and Management (disbursements, withdrawals, account balances, account status, etc.) and highlight trends\/issues\/recommendations ensuring deliverables adhere to corporate standards and quality control.Liaise with internal counterparts to support effective collaboration, implementation, monitoring and reconciliation of ongoing SCOPE\/CBT activities.<br><br>Support the capacity building of WFP staff and cooperating partners in reconciliations of CBT activities.Support the Programme and M&amp;E team in the resolution of complaints and operational queries related to CBT by providing accurate and well analyzed information on actual disbursements, dormant accounts, etc.Oversee and\/or review the work of other support staff, providing technical advice and guidance to contribute to delivering objectives to agreed standards and deadlines.Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of the Reconciliations team.\u00a0<br><br><strong>4Ps Core Organizational Capabilities:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\">Understand and communicate theStrategic ObjectivesUnderstands WFP\u2019s Strategic Objectives and the link to own work objectives.\u00a0Be a force for positive changeFlexibly adapts individual contributions to accommodate changes in direction from supervisors and internal\/external changes (such as evolving needs of beneficiaries, new requirements of partners).Make the mission inspiring to our teamRecognizes and shares with team members the ways in which individual contributions relate to WFP\u2019s mission.Make our mission visible in everyday actionsSets own goals in alignment with WFP\u2019s overall operations and is able to communicate this link to others.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\">Look for ways to strengthen people&rsquo;s skills<br><br>Assesses own strengths and weaknesses to increase self-awareness and includes these in conversations on own developmental needs.Create an inclusive cultureParticipates in open dialogue, and values the diverse opinion of others, regardless of background, culture, experience, or country assignment.Be a coach &amp; Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology (IT), Statistics, Mathematics, Auditing, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&amp;E) or any other related discipline.<br><br><strong>Working Languages:<\/strong>Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and French.
