JOB PURPOSE<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Responsible for the organization and implementation of Brand and communication activities that
portfolio of products, all activities and institutional communication that impact the Ecobank brand , while piloting the hosting of all events that enhance our organization’s image, improve client loyalty, and enhance brand-to-client experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, developing go-to-market strategies, and reporting on brand performance & developing and implementing B & C strategies that resonate with the target market and drives sales
Establishing budgets, forecasting sales figures, and assessing KPIs and ROI.
Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships, and corporate social responsibility programs.
Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
Increasing product sales and market share.
Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts.
Building budgets and using specialist knowledge to assist relevant services in managing contractual marketing relationships Overseeing in-branch and outdoor branding
Analysing and negotiating sponsorship deals.
Leading the logistical planning for events and engaging relevant services for local compliance exigencies relating to event organization
Reporting in a timely manner to senior management.
Managing all branding and institutional communications.
Developing event feedback surveys
Managing all Brand materials and the Eco shop gadgets handling post-event reports and publications exigencies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Managing all Brand materials and the Eco shop gadgets handling post-event reports and publications exigencies
Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns.
Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
Use advanced analytics, quantitative and qualitative techniques, and data visualization to provide insights to support the business to answer critical questions
Regular reporting to management on socio-economic, political and competitive evolutions in the country.
Work very closely with the Brand and Corporate communication teams at the regional and group levels

Degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, hospitality or related fields. Previous experience in developing brand, corporate communication and marketing strategies. Good communication skills, perfectly bilingual (English & French) both verbal and written.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
