\uf0a7 Level of education : Minimum of BACC +3
\uf0a7 Technical skills : Good analytical skills, good judgment and problem solving skills, ability to better
organize and coordinate, to better communicate with the Chinese manager and execute his order
\uf0a7 Personal qualities : Rigorous and calm, uncompromising, serious and responsible, discreet and able
to work under high pressure
\uf0a7 Professional Experience : at least 05 years in a similar position
\uf0a7 Age : between 30 and 45 years old
\uf0a7 Be able to work in the city of Douala
\uf0a7 Being bilingual will be an asset
\uf0a7 TASKS \/ PURPOSE OF THE POST
\uf0a7 Responsible for preparing, arranging and managing all resources such as space, manpower, machinery and accessories required for the receipt, removal and arrangement of goods
\uf0a7 The responsibility of managing the daily and monthly inventory, repackaging of broken or damaged goods, and ensuring that the physical goods are equal to the stock sheet.
\uf0a7 Responsible for checking the attendance of team members and day labourers, organising their overtime work, checking their wages and training them. Filing and archiving of documents
\uf0a7 Checking and controlling the daily fuel consumption of the machines
\uf0a7 Responsibility for 6S management throughout the warehouse;
\uf0a7 The task of holding a meeting every morning in a spirit of management and requirement
\uf0a7 The responsibility to report immediately on problems found in the warehouse
\uf0a7 The responsibility to carry out any other mission ordered by the warehouse manager or any superior
\uf0a7 Assist the manager

MISSIONS \/FINALITE DU POSTE<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0a7 La charge de pr\u00e9parer, d\u2019arranger et de manager toutes les ressources telles que la place, la main d\u2019\u0153uvre, les machines et les accessoires indispensables \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception \u00e0 la sortie et \u00e0 l\u2019arrangement des marchandises
\uf0a7 La charge de manager l\u2019inventaire journalier et mensuel, le reconditionnement des marchandises cass\u00e9es ou en mauvais \u00e9tat, et s\u2019assurer que la marchandise physique soit \u00e9gale \u00e0 la fiche de stock.
\uf0a7 La charge de contr\u00f4ler la pr\u00e9sence des membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe et des journaliers, organiser leur travail en heure suppl\u00e9mentaire, v\u00e9rifier leur salaire et les former. Classement et archivage des documents
\uf0a7 La charge de v\u00e9rifier et contr\u00f4ler la consommation journali\u00e8re des machines en carburant
\uf0a7 La charge de la gestion en 6S dans tout l\u2019entrep\u00f4t ;
\uf0a7 La charge de tenir une r\u00e9union tous les matins dans un esprit de management et d\u2019exigence
\uf0a7 La charge de faire un compte rendu imm\u00e9diat sur les probl\u00e8mes constat\u00e9s dans l\u2019entrep\u00f4t
