CASH MANAGEMENT SALES MANAGER H\/F (Ref.BF0222)<br>Position based in Douala<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Your main missions will be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Aggressively drive the sales of bank digital products, services and channels ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Ensure a strategic and coordinated product development, innovation &amp; sales focus that shall enhance and customize the digital products, channels and services ecosystem to meet the needs of both existing and new clients as well as the reporting of activities to relevant stakeholders ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Ensure the product design for Cash Management &amp; Innovation covering Receivables Management, Liquidity Management,PayablesManagement andAcquiring.ProductManagement toguaranteeprofitabilityand market sharegrowth,managingusingcostingandpricing.EnsurethatbankremainsthefirstDigitalBankinthe market place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>In order to fulfil your missions, you will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Work with in country stakeholders, lead country\u2019s Cash Management input to global or regional Request For Proposals (RFPs), referrals and pitches ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Deliver Digital &amp; Cash Management products to our Corporate &amp; Commercial Banking customers in the most efficient and cost-effective ways using appropriate channels, whilst innovating, enhancing and closing product gaps based on the offerings from our competitors ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Develop and continually expand the target market of Digital &amp; Cash Management products ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Perform effective sales and marketing of all Digital &amp; Cash Management products to existing and potential customers, thereby ensuring sales penetration is achieved through effective deal conversion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Understand how clients respond to competitive forces within their own industry and map their operational flows in terms of receipts and payments to perform problem identification, product\/solution customization, seize cash management business opportunities and maximize cross sell of products and client profitability for the bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Achieve total Cash Management targets (revenues, deposits as well as transactional volumes and values as set by senior management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Develop partnership with RMs and implement strategic portfolio reviews to ensure optimal value addition to clients and returns to the bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Ensure adequate and proactive calling program of key relationship are maintained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Direct and support the preparation and presentation of Cash Management sales proposal to<br>account prospects across bank target markets.<br>\uf0b7 Ensure adequate pricing of Cash Management products on a revenue\/expense basis and ensure full collection of fees and and commissions, whilst growing all revenue lines and reducing revenue leakages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uf0b7 Develop products specific internal training materials that shall enhance RMs and other stakeholder\u2019s knowledge of customer requirement and Cash Management products.<br>\uf0b7 Identify and evaluate new opportunities in the market.<br>\uf0b7 Support digital growth via product innovations and tailored offering to clients.<br>\uf0b7 Know key players in the corporate sectors, local governments &amp; international organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Profile :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 A Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s degree in Banking, Business, IT or any related fields.<br>\uf0b7 Knowledge of banking products, operations and digital banking shall be an added advantage.<br>\uf0b7 Ability to managing\/supervise other Digital &amp; Cash Management staffs across the Ecobank network.<br>\uf0b7 Ability to frequently interact with Seniors and Executive staffs at Country\/Regional\/Group levels.<br>\uf0b7 Capable to formulate unique solutions based on knowledge and customer expectations.<br>\uf0b7 Strong customer focus and high abilities in sealing deals.<br>\uf0b7 Sales pitch and corporate presentation skills are an asset.<br>\uf0b7 People-management techniques and skills will be highly valued.<br>\uf0b7 Self-motivation capable of delivering results with little or no supervision.<br>\uf0b7 Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.<br>\uf0b7 Experience in working with and within a complex matrix organization with cross-functional teams.<br>\uf0b7 English speaker candidates are encouraged.<br>Interested candidates should send their CV specifying the reference \u00abBF0222 \u00bb at the following address:<br>yannick.billigha@bassagal-consulting.com<br>The deadline to apply is 19th April 2022.
