Given the stakes related to the specific character of infant nutrition, the&nbsp;<strong>Assistant Marketing Trainee Central Africa<\/strong>will report to the<strong>&nbsp;Head of Marketing Central Africa Cluster.<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>His\/her&nbsp;main missions are:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><a>Support the Central Team based in France and Local team in developing and identifying key categories and brands growth drivers&nbsp;<\/a><\/li><li>Implement relevant actions plans, to achieve the company\u2019s top line growth objectives, in Central African countries<\/li><li>Drive relationships with external creative, media and BTL agencies to execute activation programs efficiently, in line with countries\u2019 marketing plan and A&amp;P budget.<\/li><li>Develop brand awareness &amp; visibility, consumer conversion, top line and market share growth for current (assigned) portfolio and deliver successful launch activations for new products, in line with ELN DNA&amp;O Central strategy.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Manage budget efficiently&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>YOUR MISSION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>General Marketing:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Monitor and develop the growth of Central African markets&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Develop and implement promotional activities in line with Cluster strategy&nbsp;<\/li><li>Coordinate cross-regional projects in Cluster countries, liaising with regional (FSSA) supply, finance &amp; local sales teams.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Develop demand and affinity for BLEDINA brands in line with ELN DNA&amp;O Central team \/ strategy:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Manage BTL Agencies to develop execution ideas, promotional events and materials, to be used for brands communication &amp; activations, in line with World Health Organisation\u2019s and internal guidelines<\/li><li>Develop and manage consumers\/shoppers\/prescribers\u2019 promotions and events<\/li><li>Monitor and measure BTL activities impact for existing and new brand campaigns&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong><u>Specific activities<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Performance tracking<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Monitor and report marketing activations\u2019 results to Management, using KPI\u2019s internal Scorecards and other (team \/trade\/ consumers\/ shoppers) feedback<\/li><li>Monitor local\/regional invoicing and ensure appropriate sign off, supplier contracts \/ payment, in line with group and local regulatory requirements<\/li><li>Prioritize and manage A&amp;P budget.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
