And support other HR functions (HRBP, Employee Relation) in the affected country<br>A day in the life of\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your other responsibilities will include;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Local HR Service Delivery<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Deliver local administrative services within the defined SLAs in line with Standard Routines across HR Processes.\nPartner with the respective Centers of Competence and HRBPs to ensure operational needs are addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner\nBe the relay in term of communication and administrative tasks for HRBP and face to face communication with employees<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>E2E Service Delivery<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Have a general knowledge about the End-to-End HR processes (ELC, CSO, E&amp;G, M&amp;E), acting as local  support to HRBPs, Line Managers and employees\nWork together with internal stakeholders across the HR value chain ensuring a consistent and efficient execution of local activities\nProvide relevant information and manage local HR processes (e.g. Payroll, Time Management, employee benefits).<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Implementation of Policies and Practices<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood, applied and followed with a customer centric mindset\nContribute to ensuring data accuracy and timeliness with the Center of Competence<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Employee Relation support<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Be the physical contact and ensure execution of social activities and employee relation activity in Camreoun\nWork closely with employee relation manager to ensure compliance in HR activity and physical relationship with local authorities<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>What will make you successful<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>University Degree level \/ Master\u2019s Degree in HR, Business Management \/ Law\n3 -
