STRATEGIES! Is recruiting a Community Manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Roles and responsibilities:<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
Working in collaboration with the Technical Teams and the Content Creator, the Community<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Develops and implements a strategy for STRATEGIES! social media presence Plans and coordinates a communication strategy for the company’s events and online<\/p>\n\n\n\n
products<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Is in charge of content management for the website and other social media channels Builds and animates communities around certain themes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ensures regular presence and interactions with STRATEGIES\/online audience Is responsible for regularly building STRATEGIES! brand and visibility across social media<\/p>\n\n\n\n
channels<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Collaborates with external partners such as writers, and marketing or advertising agencies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required competence: Candidates should demonstrate<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Experience with social media management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Strong analytical and writing skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ability to create, structure and implement communication’s strategy Ability to write clearly and adapting style and content to different audience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Strong strategic thinking skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ability to work independently, flexibly and under pressure<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Flexibility in responding to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Productive and efficient worker, highly motivated<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mastery of monitoring and content analysis tools: Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Facebook Analytics, etc. Good knowledge of basic graphic design tools such as Canva<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ability manage e online campaigns and to use tools such as Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Competence that would be a great advantage Good understanding of private sector and\/or development issues<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Academic Qualifications\/Education:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
. An advanced degree in communication, journalism or another relevant field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Experience in corporate and\/or institutional communication<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Proven record producing articles, blogs and communication content – At least 3 samples of previous work must be provided<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Using online platforms for communication Knowledge of social media: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. is an advantage<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Language skills:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fluency in English and French is required (written and verbal) – emphasis on English<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Strong listening skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
