JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n To expertly manage the debts of our company. As a credit controller, you will be responsible for collecting debts from our company debtors, evaluating new credit requests, ensuring timely payments of company debts, processing invoices, maintaining the sales ledger, and providing administrative support. To ensure success as a credit controller, you should have a good eye for detail and the ability to reconcile complex company accounts. Ultimately, a top-class credit controller can maximize company profits by efficiently managing its debts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Managing and collecting debts from company debtors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Setting up the terms of credit for new clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Negotiating payment plans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Managing the collection of all payments and debts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Responding to client inquiries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Processing invoices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Preparing statements and reports for the company accountant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Managing the sales ledger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Liaising with customers and the sales team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Credit Managers must be able to do what\u2019s best for the company while still building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
