Reports to: General Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duration of appointment: 3 years renewable contract upon yearly assessment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Probation Period: 3 months\u2019 probation period with the possibility of extension<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Language required: English and French.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expected start date: <\/strong>As Soon as Possible<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Product Manager is responsible for every productplanning and execution throughout the ProductLifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing productand customer requirements, defining the productvision, and working closely with every other department involved to support and ensure revenue and customer satisfaction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>\u2022 Manage from concept to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally, product end of life.\u2022 Delivers the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the channels\/categories of business and\/or key customers.\u2022 Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.\u2022 Understanding and representing user needs.\u2022 Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.\u2022 Defining a vision for a product.\u2022 Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product. \u2022 Prioritizing product features and capabilities.\u2022 Conduct market research \u2022 Set up service platforms. \u2022 develop and pilot a digital solution for digitizing payment.\u2022 Develop financial product(s)s and services.\u2022 Develop a credit scoring tool.\u2022 Develop a tailored e-training on digital finance.\u2022 Creating a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decision making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong>\u2022 Must be transparent about your prioritization and roadmap process.\u2022 Must be able to say \u201cno,\u201d but explain why in terms that stakeholders understand.\u2022 Should be able to bring evidence-based decision-making to your communication.\u2022 Must have a general Understanding of Data.\u2022 Must be a Strategic Thinker.\u2022 Basic Business skills is a must have.\u2022 Design and User Experience Knowledge is a must have.\u2022 An excellent communicator.\u2022 Must be a professional negotiator.\u2022 Must have at least a bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, digital banking, business or a related field\u2022 Work experience 2 to 4 years as a product management or related with good track record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
