SBO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Manage the process for assessing employee\u2019s performance on their jobs and ensure will ensure consistent execution of the annual performance cycle through processes.<br>\uf0b7 Ensuire annual review and update of KPIs in line with Business Objectives.<br>\uf0b7 Ensure annual review and update of Job <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Descriptions in line with Business<br>Objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Performance management reporting.<br>\uf0b7 Other task assigned by the supervisor.<br>Role and Responsibilities<br>\uf0a7 Facilitate administrative operations related to performance management in accordance with UBA policies, procedures and contractual obligations.<br>\uf0a7 Implementing the performance management process in a fair and transparent manner.<br>\uf0a7 Perform detailed analysis of staff performance after each appraisal cycle to identify opportunities and what to do to improve performance management.<br>\uf0a7 Organize appraisal review meetings and monitor implementation of appraisal<br>review recommendations.<br>\uf0a7 Carry out industry survey on Staff Performance and Career Development<br>practices.<br>Monitoring adherence to performance management activities<br>\uf0a7 Manage Performance Management with rollout of performance calendar for the financial year.<br>\uf0a7 Coordinate with employees and Line Business towards timely completion of performance management activities.<br>\uf0a7 Responsible for sending status updates and reports pertaining to performance management to Manager.<br>\uf0a7 Facilitate completion of off cycle performance management (employees on international secondments).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perform analysis of the extracted rating to:<br>\uf0a7 Provide clarity on the distribution of rating<br>\uf0a7 Ensure that the evaluation of employee was fair<br>\uf0a7 Support Manager, Performance Management in gathering <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Group and performance related information<br>Additional Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0a7 Resolve employee queries regarding performance management including resolution of non-technical back-end system issues\/ escalation of system issues to the technical team.<br>\uf0a7 Prepare regular and accurate reports on performance management scorecards.<br>\uf0a7 Coordinating the reporting of poor performing employees.<br>\uf0a7 Consolidate training requirements arising out of employee evaluation.<br>\uf0a7 Annual Review and update of all jobs description to align with Banks global<br>objectives in collaboration with unit heads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Reporting Provide inputs to Line Managers (as required) relating to progress made within the Unit and in accordance with the measurement metrics set by the organization.<br>KPIs<br>\uf068 Timeliness in performing all assigned tasks<br>\uf068 Timely Resolutions of staff complaints and request \uf068 Quality of reports generated<br>\uf068 Customer Satisfaction Index<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Minimum education level \u2013Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or in any social sciences related discipline<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Minimum requisite experience \u2013 3 years relevant experience Key Competencies:<br>Knowledge<br>\uf0a7 Knowledge of UBA organization structure<br>\uf0a7 Fosters innovation and inquisitiveness<br>\uf0a7 Creates a performance driven environment to achieve<br>\uf0a7 Practical &amp;
