NEXAH SARL<\/strong> is a company specialized in the development of mobile solutions for the African market. In order to strengthen of its team, NEXAH is currently recruiting 01 HR Assistant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Missions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the responsibility of his\/her\u00a0Manager, the HR Assistant will be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Ensure the administrative management of\u00a0staff(NSIF\u00a0follow-up, payroll management, contracts, etc.)\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Manage relationships\u00a0with partners<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Ensure internal communication by being the\u00a0bridgebetween\u00a0executive\u00a0management and employees\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Ensure the development of human resources (evaluation, training, motivation)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Participate in the\u00a0building\u00a0of the company culture\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Ensure that staff have the necessary resources to carry out their tasks<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Effectively manage the recruitment of staff according to the company’s rules<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Ensure\u00a0training and development of employees\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Ensure that staff files are up to date<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Ensure compliance with\u00a0basic health and safety rules\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job profile<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0At least 3 years of higher education in Human Resources Management, or equivalent<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0At least 1 year of professional experience in the field<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Have good skills in human resources management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Have a good knowledge of the regulations (laws, orders, decrees) in force in Cameroon on\u00a0laborconditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Have a good\u00a0knowledge\u00a0of the use of computer tools and the Pack Office<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal qualities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Be passionate about new technologies and\/or digital;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Be of good character, rigorous and have good\u00a0organisational\u00a0skills;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Have a good command of French and\/or English;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Be able to adapt to change;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Ability to work under pressure;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2713\u00a0Ability to maintain confidentiality both internally and externally;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
