&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V<\/strong><strong>OTRE MISS<\/strong><strong>I<\/strong><strong>ON<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vous<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;avez pour mission<\/strong><strong>s<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>principales de&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2022&nbsp;D\u2019assurer la gestion administrative du personnel et de veiller au respect des proc\u00e9dures RH de l\u2019entreprise ;\u2022&nbsp;D\u2019assurer la gestion de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration du personnel et le traitement comptable de la paie.<br><strong>A cet effet, vous devrez<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;prendre e<\/strong><strong>n<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;charge les activit\u00e9s suivantes<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gestion Administrative du Personnel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Participer \u00e0 l\u2018application des mesures disciplinaires prises \u00e0 l\u2019encontre des membres du\u00a0personnel par la hi\u00e9rarchie ou la Direction ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Tenir \u00e0 jour les dossiers du personnel ainsi que le classement selon la nomenclature et aviser en cas d&rsquo;irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s\u00a0;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Assurer la r\u00e9daction des correspondances administratives du service ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Assurer les formalit\u00e9s en cas de d\u00e9part d\u2019un employ\u00e9 ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Assurer la liaison avec la CNPS et l&rsquo;Administration du travail ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Maintenir \u00e0 jour une base de donn\u00e9es de tous les employ\u00e9s et fournir au besoin des informations\u00a0ad\u00e9quates pour avoir une base objective de d\u00e9cisions relatives \u00e0\u00a0la gestion du personnel ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Veiller au respect strict des lois, r\u00e8glements, proc\u00e9dures,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> R\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur,\u00a0valeurs et charte \u00e9thique\u00a0;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Assurer le suivi des avancements et des reclassements du personnel ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0D\u00e9clarer la main d\u2019\u0153uvre \u00e0 la fin de chaque ann\u00e9e ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Assurer les op\u00e9rations administratives li\u00e9es \u00e0 la gestion des contrats de travail\u00a0;\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Etablir et suivre les plannings des\u00a0cong\u00e9s\u00a0annuels\u00a0;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Participer aux n\u00e9gociations avec les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel et\u00a0produire des rapports\u00a0;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Participer \u00e0 la tenue des r\u00e9unions du CHST de l\u2019entreprise\u00a0;\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Pr\u00e9parer les ordres\u00a0de\u00a0d\u00e9placement du personnel\u00a0et assurer le paiement des frais de missions\u00a0;\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gestion de la\u00a0Paie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Collecter et proc\u00e9der\u00a0au traitement des \u00e9l\u00e9ments relatifs \u00e0 la paye ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Tenir \u00e0 jour les diff\u00e9rents types de remboursement ou de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement sur les salaires ;\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Saisir des donn\u00e9es dans le logiciel de paie (SAGE PAIE) ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Editer tous les \u00e9tats fiscaux et sociaux li\u00e9s aux salaires\u00a0;\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Pr\u00e9parer la documentation li\u00e9e aux diff\u00e9rents contr\u00f4les des organismes externes ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0R\u00e9pondre aux questions des salari\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de paie, cong\u00e9s et charges sociales\u00a0;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gestion des Recrutements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Participer \u00e0 l\u2019administration des tests de s\u00e9lection\u00a0;\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Assurer l\u2019embauche et\u00a0l\u2019int\u00e9gration des nouveaux arrivants\u00a0: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9daction des contrats de travail ;
