RCM0922)<br>Position based in Douala<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Your main missions will be:<br>\u2022 Develop non \u2013 traditional and innovative Trade Products to ensure a leading regional trade proposi- tion for the bank;<br>\u2022 Develop, maintain and review Trade Products Programs for effective use and marketing advantage while ensuring that it is in line with and supports the broader strategy of the bank;<br>\u2022 Ensure a strategic and co \u2013 ordinated product development and sales focus, servicing the Trade prod- uct needs of both existing and new business clients.<br>In order to fulfil your missions, you will:<br>\u2022 Manage the processes, structures, systems, and resources required to effectively service existing cli- ents and develop new clients are in place and continuously reviewed using SLA\u2019s, thereby contrib- uting positively to the efficiency and profitability of CB products segment.<br>\u2022 Coordinate roll-out of the Trade Product Development model within the Group, with the aim of providing a level of service which is of high quality, and which is consistent with the standard of service defined.<br>\u2022 Develop a client development and retention plan for every existing client, using the banks tool to optimise our cross-selling and deep selling opportunities with the client.<br>\u2022 Coordinate and formulate a client training programme on covering domestic and international Trade products.<br>\u2022 Establish and maintain critical relationships with stakeholders in the various local markets, and with stakeholder in the wider enterprise.<br>\u2022 Build credibility across all levels within and external to enterprise via the skilful application of spe- cialist knowledge and relationship building skill.<br>\u2022 Manage relationships exist between Account Executives, and relevant stakeholders and service pro- viders within the Group.<br>\u2022 Gain leads and access to strategically influential stakeholders in large corporate organisations in or- der to introduce them to the benefits of dealing through the enterprise.<br>\u2022 Update and maintain the trade pricing schedule, making use of competitor and client information<br>\u2022 Formulate and review a strategy to pursue clients that have never dealt Trade Finance and Services<br>business with the Group.<br>\u2022 Formulate and continuously review a strategy to pursue clients already dealing with other divisions of the enterprise but not Trade but having Trade business.<br>\u2022 Maintain close contact with all internal stakeholders and leverage off their deals that might have Trade content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Profile :<br>\u2022 A Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field of study.<br>\u2022 At least 10-15 years of Trade experience.<br>\u2022 Ability to interact and negotiate with the client organization at the global decision-making level.<br>\u2022 Customer focused &amp; results orientated.<br>\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in relevant languages to the accounts assigned.<br>\u2022 Trade skills are an asset.<br>\u2022 Good organizational and time management skills are highly desirable.<br>\u2022 Result driven team player.<br>\u2022 Strong networks within the corporate market.<br>\u2022 Experience in high level relationship building and maintenance.<br>\u2022 Bilingual speaking (English\/French) is essential.<br>Interested candidates should send their CV specifying the reference \u00ab RCM0922 \u00bb at the following address:<br>yannick.billigha@bassagal-consulting.com<br>The deadline to apply is 28th February 2022.
