\u27a2 BRAND AND EVENT OFFICER H\/F (Ref. MKG0222) Position based in Douala
Your main missions will be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Organize and implement brand and communication activities that include brand value, brand visibil- ity, brand awareness and market share;
\u2022 Manage a portfolio of products, all activities and institutional communication that impact the com- pany\u2019s brand;
\u2022 Pilot the hosting of all events that enhance the organization\u2019s image, improve client loyalty, and en- hance brand \u2013 to – client experience
In order to fulfil your missions, you will:
\u2022 Research and analyse consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity.
\u2022 Conduct research, analyse data, develop go-to-market strategies, and reporting on brand perfor- mance & developing and implementing B & C strategies that resonate with the target market and drives sales.
\u2022 Establish budgets, forecasting sales figures, and assessing KPIs and ROI.
\u2022 Plan and execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships, and corporate so-
cial responsibility programs.
\u2022 Build brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
\u2022 Build budgets and use specialist knowledge to assist relevant services in managing contractual mar- keting relationships Overseeing in-branch and outdoor branding
\u2022 Analyse and negotiate sponsorship deals.
\u2022 Lead the logistical planning for events and engage relevant services for local compliance exigencies
relating to event organization.
\u2022 Manage all branding and institutional communications and develop event feedback surveys.
\u2022 Measure and report on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
\u2022 Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns.
\u2022 Use advanced analytics, quantitative and qualitative techniques, and data visualization to provide
\u2022 insights to support the business to answer critical questions
\u2022 Regular reporting to management on socio-economic, political and competitive evolutions in the country.
\u2022 Work very closely with the Brand and Corporate communication teams at the regional and group levels
Profile :
\u2022 Degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, hospitality or related fields.
\u2022 A minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in a marketing, business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Previous experience in developing brand, corporate communication and marketing strategies.
\u2022 Good communication skills, perfectly bilingual (English & French) both verbal and written.
\u2022 Highly organized and can work under pressure.
\u2022 Budget management, communication, and marketing skills.
\u2022 Strong research and analytical skills.
\u2022 Project management experience.
\u2022 Highly Organized, multi-tasker, attention to details & respect of deadlines.
\u2022 Proficiency in various event software.
\u2022 Expert interpersonal skills.
