CAMEROON TECHNOLOGY (CAMTECH) <\/span><\/strong>is recruiting bilingual Call Center Agents (English very fluent) ; living in Yaounde at one taxi from down town. Having work experience will be an advantage.<\/span><\/p> 
The agent is required to be fluent in English, motivated, ready to work in shifts including night shifts.<\/span><\/p> 
COUNTRY <\/span><\/strong>: Cameroon<\/span><\/p> 
TYPE OF CONTRACT : Consultant SPECIFIC MISSIONS<\/span><\/h1> 
\u00de<\/span> <\/span>Manage incoming calls, emails and letters from customers, and answer their service questions;<\/span><\/p> 
\u00de<\/span> <\/span>Carry out sales and loyalty missions remotely, by telephone<\/span><\/p> 
\u00de<\/span> <\/span>Provide remote solutions to customer technical problems;<\/span><\/p> 
\u00de<\/span> <\/span>Plan service appointments with customers in consultation with the Technical Department;<\/span><\/p> 
\u00de<\/span> <\/span>Sales canvassing from a prospect database (outgoing calls)<\/span><\/p> 
\u00de<\/span> <\/span>Provide after-sales service to customers<\/span><\/p> 
\u00de<\/span> <\/span>Take proactive measures in the event of changes or delays in the scheduling of appointments made to clients.<\/span><\/p> 
REQUIRED SKILLS<\/span><\/h1> 
-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Have a taste for contact; active listening; good organization and <\/span>punctuality;<\/span><\/p> 
-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Know how to manage stress and have good <\/span>self-control;<\/span><\/p> 
-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Have a natural eloquence and an excellent force of <\/span>conviction.<\/span><\/p> 
-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Have a good sense of negotiation, listening skills and <\/span>diplomacy;<\/span><\/p> 
-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Have good interpersonal skills and a good capacity for <\/span>adaptation;<\/span><\/p> 
-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Have good oral and written expression in English (working <\/span>language);<\/span><\/p> 
-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Good expression in French and others languages is an <\/span>asset.<\/span><\/p> 
-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in a teleoperator position would be an <\/span>asset.<\/span><\/p> 
-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Have a perfect knowledge of IT tools and Microsoft Office <\/span>applications.<\/span><\/p> 
EDUCATION AND TRAINING<\/span><\/h1> 
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Required Diploma <\/span><\/strong>: minimum GCE A LEVEL <\/span>(Baccalaureat);<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>A training or a diploma in Communication, Bilingual letters, Commercial action or in e- commerce \/ Sales and marketing would be an <\/span>asset.<\/span><\/p>
