Dans le cadre de la lutte contre le VIH\/SIDA, Tuberculose et Paludisme, le gouvernement Camerounais est soutenu depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es par les subventions du Fonds mondial \u00e0 travers son Nouveau Mod\u00e8le de Financement (NMF). La subvention actuelle 2021-2023 (NMF3) relative \u00e0 la lutte contre le paludisme fait suite \u00e0 celle de 2018-2020 (NMF2). Cette subvention porte le financement des interventions communautaires de la lutte contre les trois maladies que sont le SIDA, la Tuberculose et le Paludisme par une approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e. Ainsi, le Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 Publique (MINSANTE) en sa qualit\u00e9 de Principal R\u00e9cipiendaire (PR) mets en \u0153uvre cette subvention \u00e0 travers le Programme National de lutte contre le Paludisme (PNLP) avec deux Sous R\u00e9cipiendaires (SR), dont un SR humanitaire en charge des r\u00e9gions du Nord-Ouest\/Sud-Ouest et un SR communautaire pour les huit autres r\u00e9gions. Ces SR ont pour responsabilit\u00e9s d\u2019accompagner le PNLP dans la mise en \u0153uvre optimale des Interventions Sous Directives Communautaires (ISDC) pour les trois programmes et autres programmes prioritaires du MINSANTE. Cette collaboration a \u00e9t\u00e9 mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9 \u00e0 travers la signature d\u2019un contrat de prestation de services du sous projet du projet intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Scaling up malaria control for high impact \u00bb dont l\u2019objectif, est de r\u00e9duire de 60 % d\u2019ici \u00e0 2023, la mortalit\u00e9 et la morbidit\u00e9 dues au paludisme, par apport \u00e0 la situation de 2015. Cette approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e vise l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019acc\u00e8s et de l\u2019offre des soins de sant\u00e9 primaire de qualit\u00e9 aux populations vivants dans les zones o\u00f9 il existe une faible accessibilit\u00e9 aux formations sanitaires (FOSA).
     Plan International Cameroon, en tant que SR communautaire, assure la mise en \u0153uvre des activit\u00e9s communautaires retenues dans la demande de financement pour la p\u00e9riode 2021-2023 y compris la pr\u00e9vention de la COVID 19 dans 53 districts de sant\u00e9 r\u00e9parties dans les r\u00e9gions de l\u2019Adamaoua, du Centre, de l\u2019Est, de l\u2019Extr\u00eame nord, du Littoral, du Nord, de l\u2019Ouest, et du Sud. La mise en \u0153uvre des activit\u00e9s communautaires dans ces 8 r\u00e9gions, est port\u00e9e par 3790 agents de sant\u00e9 communautaires plac\u00e9s sous la supervision technico-administrative de 53 Organisations de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Civile de District (OSCD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.  Les taches \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter par le casual
Ce casual aura pour objectif de faciliter :
–    Le checking des documents venant des communaut\u00e9s pour paiement
–    Les paiements sur les plateformes OM et MTN
–    La photocopie des documents si n\u00e9cessaire
–    La comptabilisation des informations comptables dans les logiciels SAP et Tompro des documents venant des r\u00e9gions
–    Le scan des documents pour la sauvegarde
–    L\u2019annulation des documents comptables pour paiement
–    Le tri et la photocopie des pi\u00e8ces justificatives pour faciliter la liquidation des avances
–    Enregistrement de tous les documents exp\u00e9di\u00e9s et re\u00e7us au D\u00e9partement des finances dans les registres appropri\u00e9s
–    Tous autres t\u00e2ches pertinentes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En raison de tout ceci, le recrutement de 01 casual pour une p\u00e9riode 03 mois renouvelable mois nous aidera dans l\u2019atteinte de nos objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
