<\/span>CONSEILLER-MENTORS-JUNIORS AGRIBUSINESS (CM-Ab)
<\/span>I. CONTEXTE ET JUSTIFICATION
<\/span>La mise en place d\u2019un dispositif d\u2019insertion socioprofessionnelle des jeunes par les m\u00e9tiers
ruraux non agricoles \u00e0 travers le renforcement de l\u2019offre de formation professionnelle et
entrepreneuriale dans le D\u00e9partement du Moungo est un projet d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de deux (02)
ans, mis en \u0153uvre dans le cadre du programme ARCHIPELAGO, financ\u00e9 par l\u2019Union
Europ\u00e9enne.
A cet effet, l\u2019un des principaux volets du dispositif op\u00e9rationnel porte sur la formation de
Conseillers-Mentors-Juniors Agribusiness. Cette formation qui se d\u00e9roulera par alternance
(cours th\u00e9oriques et stages pratiques) aura une dur\u00e9e de 12 mois et sera assur\u00e9e par des
conseillers d\u2019entreprises professionnels. Les stagiaires retenus seront form\u00e9s et coach\u00e9s tout
le long de leur parcours et la r\u00e9ussite aux diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes sera valid\u00e9e par l\u2019acquisition
<\/span>successive de quatre certificats de formation<\/span>. Cette approche duale de formation vise \u00e0
faciliter leur insertion dans le m\u00e9tier de conseil aux petites entreprises et de l\u2019insertion des
jeunes dans les fili\u00e8res de l\u2019agribusiness.
<\/span>II. OBJET DE L\u2019APPEL A CANDIDATURE
<\/span>Le pr\u00e9sent Appel \u00e0 Candidature a pour objet la s\u00e9lection de Vingt (20) jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s,
issus des institutions universitaires et d\u2019autres structures d\u2019encadrement relevant des
minist\u00e8res sectoriels en vue de leur formation et de leur int\u00e9gration au titre de \u00abConseillerMentor-Juniors Agribusiness \u00bb dans le dispositif d\u2019insertion socioprofessionnelle des jeunes
par les m\u00e9tiers ruraux non agricoles \u00e0 travers le renforcement de l\u2019offre de formation
professionnelle et entrepreneuriale dans les d\u00e9partements du Moungo et du Koupe
Manengouba . Le parcours sera sanctionn\u00e9 par une attestation de formation d\u00e9livr\u00e9e sur
\u00e9valuation, avec une option de recrutement des meilleurs laur\u00e9ats pour les int\u00e9grer dans le

the training of twenty (20)
<\/span>JUNIORS-MENTOR AGRIBUSINESS ADVISOR (CM-Ab)
<\/span>I. CONTEXT
<\/span>The implementation of a socio-professional integration system for young people through
non-agricultural rural trades by strengthening the offer of vocational and entrepreneurial
training in the Department of Moungo is a two-year project, implemented within the
framework of the ARCHIPELAGO programme, funded by the European Union.
To this end, one of the main components of the operational mechanism concerns the
training of Junior Agribusiness Advisors. This training, which will take place in alternation
(theoretical courses and practical training), will last 12 months and will be provided by
professional business advisors. The selected trainees will be trained and coached
throughout their course and success in the various stages will be validated by the <\/span>successive
<\/span>acquisition of <\/span>four training certificates<\/span>. This dual training approach aims to facilitate their
integration into the profession of small business consulting and the integration of young
people into the agribusiness sector.
<\/span>II. PURPOSE OF THE CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
<\/span>The purpose of this call for applications is to select Twenty (20) young graduates from
universities and other supervisory structures under the sectoral ministries for training and
integration as \"Junior Mentor Agribusiness Advisor\" in the socio-professional integration of
young people in rural non-agricultural occupations through the strengthening of vocational
and entrepreneurial training in the departments of Moungo and Koupe Manengouba . The
course will be sanctioned by a certificate of training issued on evaluation, with an option of
