This includes the design of value propositions &amp; targeted marketing campaigns for Mobile Money and the definition of ad-hoc Market responses or tactical initiatives to address commercial or Marketing challenges.\nDetailed Job Description:\t\t\t\t\t\t\nOperational Delivery\nGo-To-Market\n\u2013 Develop OpCo level Digital Marketing strategy, in line with the Group guidelines and overall strategy\n\u2013 Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of Digital Marketing &amp; Communications strategies and propose and offer suggestions for improvements\n\u2013 Assist in managing the projects &amp; sub-divisional budgets in line with business objectives\n\u2013 Provide inputs for Fitech business planning cycle\n\u2013 Timely issue and execute quarterly cycle plans\n\u2013 Continuously monitor progress on targets, propose and execute appropriate corrective actions when and where necessary.\n\u2013 Translate insights and analysis into opportunities. Leverage on detailed Market Segments analysis to deliver conclusions and insights: Markets \u2013Volume and Value, trends, segmentation, competitors, channel, SWOT.\n\u2013 Follow up campaigns and P&amp;S implementation\n\u2013  Manage overall promotional calendar to drive sales growth back into the business\n\u2013 Manage &amp; coordinate the overall loyalty program operations (including transactions on rewards to be disbursed)\n\u2013 Use relevant metrics and measures to monitor existing loyalty &amp; reward programs in collaboration with streams owners\n\u2013 Support analysis of ROI and effectiveness of both Brand and product campaign against competitor\u2019s activity.\n\u2013 Research trends and best practices within the Fintech &amp; MT (Telecoms, Media and Technology) industries and regularly benchmark Mobile Money practices and offers with other players worldwide.\n\u2013 Nurture an effective working relationship with MKT\/EBU\/Distribution\/Product\/ BI\/\/IS\/CR\/ relevant service units to ensure timely execution and delivery of the cycle plan\n\u2013 Execute initiatives driving Brand Awareness and Affinity within the segment\n\u2013 Ensure strict adherence to the Go-To-Market processQuality Assurance &amp; Testing\n\u2013 Liaise with group product teams to understand product &amp; solutions developed and cascade guidelines associated for QA and testing\n\u2013 monitor execution of automated tests, as may be applicable, of incoming products\n\u2013 Oversee documentation of any unexpected anomalies identified in testing with instruction of how to recreate the anomaly\n\u2013 Play back test results to group product teams and assist in the refinement of product and software requirements to insure their functionality in the OpCo\n\u2013 Develop and document application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications\n\u2013 Work with Customer Support group to help perform root cause analysis of issues found in the production environment\n\u2013 Oversee implementation of the release process for tests with a positive result, under supervision of the manager\n\u2013 Ensure that no release disrupts business as usual\n\u2013 Resolve any escalated critical incidents in the release process or escalate to higher level, as required.\nMoMo Apps\n\u2013 Cascade global design blueprints for MoMo App and localize the plans to enable consistent user experience\n\u2013 Monitor undertaking of market research to understand customer demographics &amp; preferences and develop business case for localizing features\n\u2013 Monitor periodic release of local configurations, upgrades and updates to the App\n\u2013 Manage and maintain local instances of the App\n\u2013 Provide L2 query\/incident resolution and escalate all other issues to Management &amp; the Group\n\u2013 Capture voice of customer and suggest possible improvements to the App\n\u2013 Support group in any phase of development of the App, as and when required\n\u2013 Other tasks and duties, as assigned\n\nJob Requirements:\t\t\t\t\t\t\nEducation:\n\n\u2022 Minimum of 3 years degree (bachelor) in Marketing, Business Administration or similar\n\u2022 Fluent in English and French\n\u2022 Digital Money certification (digital payment and digital financial service) would be an advantageTraining:\nGTM- Product Lifecycle Management\nSystem Analytics\nCustomer Analytics and Campaign Management\nFinancial modeling in Excel\nMobile Apps\nLine Manager Effectiveness\nCOS programs\nHarvard Leading teams\nDigital Product Management (Certification)\nFintech Foundation &amp;
