To lead the sub-divisional strategy, development and management of Banktech, Savings, Lending & Xtratime products and services to ensure alignment to business strategy, Product roadmap, profitability and continuous improvement<\/td><\/tr>

Detailed Job Description:<\/strong><\/td><\/td><\/td><\/td><\/td><\/td><\/td><\/tr>
Operational Delivery
\u2013 Lead and oversee the development of savings, lending and Xtra-time products and services
\u2013 Ensure Mobile Money focus on implementing and driving MTN\u2019s Fintech strategy
\u2013 Establish value proposition and ensure technical solution ready for opportunity
\u2013 Secure key partnerships
\u2013 Review and identify key risks, issues, and dependencies and set mitigation actions
\u2013 Ensure alignment to business strategy, profitability and continuous improvement
\u2013 Follow up product evaluation \u2013 so that they drive the profitability of specific segment and overall value proposition.
\u2013 Collaborate with the CVM & GTM to develop & analyze loyalty\/reward programs and Campaigns
\u2013 Manage promotional calendar with third party services to drive sales growth back into the business, in collaboration with GTM.
\u2013 Provide input into the review of all projects initiated
\u2013 Ensure creation of sub-divisional strategy in line with overarching divisional goals with emphasis on client experience (internal\/external)
\u2013 Benchmark region best practices and conduct extensive research to identify appropriate pricing for products. Develop proposals to amend products pricing in line with country level nuances
\u2013 Ensure effective implementation of sub-divisional strategy by providing direction, structure, business plans and support
\u2013 Establish and maintain quality standards that will enhance the customer experience and cost efficiency
\u2013 Gather customer feedback on product performance and relay to Management & the Group product teams, in a bid to improve product performance
\u2013 Manage day-to-day product operations and establish internal best practices in order to ensure effective utilization of the products
\u2013 Strengthen customer feedback loops, and scale product knowledge within the OpCo
\u2013 Manage Quality of Service of the Product to ensure seamless customer experience
\u2013 Monitor & Analyze traffic loads and in county system & platform capacity
\u2013 Other tasks and duties, as assigned<\/td><\/tr>

Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/td><\/td><\/td><\/td><\/td><\/td><\/td><\/tr>
Education:
\u2022 Minimum 3 years degree in Engineering or related field (bachelor\u2019s in banking, fintech or management)
\u2022 Strong computer skills
\u2022 Fluent in English and FrenchExperience
Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in Fintech environment; with experience in supervising others
Experience working in a medium or large organization
3-5 years of product development and banktech portfolio management, which includes technical and system management and applications development
Experience in execution of programs for revenue outcomes would be an advantage<\/td><\/tr>
