Context of the role<br>Reporting to the Managing, the Business Development Officer will be based in Douala. This role is key in driving these markets and we are looking for an individual who is self- motivated, honest and with good knowledge of the industrial market , possesses high energy and willing to roll up the sleeves and get it done!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Key responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 This is an individual contributor role and responsible for developing the overall sales and business development plan in Cameroun<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Management of the full cycle of the sales process including agreement\/signatures, live account status and on-going management of accounts,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Full ownership of customer requests and exploring new opportunities to add value to the position,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Ensure all specific reporting within required time frame including full use of CRM tool with precision,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Provide timely feedback to line manager about performance, sales activity, account management and strategy,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Initiate and maintain a strong link between customers and back-office services in order to ease communication and facilitate the resolution of any issues,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Identify trends by researching the industry, related events and announcements, and What We Are Looking For<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\uf0b7 Direct work experience in the Industrial market ,<br>\uf0b7 Results-oriented with great skills in communication, organization and negotiation,<br>\uf0b7 Ability to interact at C-Level, superior networking skills,<br>\uf0b7 Flexible, self-motivated, disciplined, take ownership of job at hand,<br>\uf0b7 Strong understanding of the customer, market dynamics and requirements,<br>\uf0b7 Fluent in English and french .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>How to apply :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Please send your CV quoting the job title to recrutement@blueheavenoil.com , latest january 5 th , 2022 .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BLUE HEAVEN OIL is recruiting Business Developer Officer ,The position is based in Douala.
