Job level: 5 Job grade: 3B<br>I. JOB PURPOSE<br>\u2713 The conceptualization, development, and commercialization of customer facing channels and products. These channels and products offered by Ecobank Cameroon with the support of Cash Management &amp; Client Access (CMCA) requires consistent monitoring and client assistance to guarantee good customer experiences.<br>\u2713 For Group wide channels and products, the Officer will be called upon to ensure seamless deployment or on boarding. Initial training and support to be provided to ascertain that Ecobank clients quickly acquaint themselves with the products or channels.<br>\u2713 For customized solutions, during the development &amp; preparation cycle, the Officer will be responsible for conducting needs assessments, evaluation of the business case, prioritizing\/coordinating\/formalizing business requirements and ensuring that quality deliverables are achieved to meet customer\u2019s needs.<br>\u2713 Before the commercial launch of new channels or products, the Officer will be responsible to ensure that the anticipated financial benefits of the channels or products are realized. This will involve engagement of various stakeholders across the Ecobank team; including but not limited to Sales, Operations, IT, Internal Control, Legal, Compliance and Marketing.<br>\u2713 Implementation \u2013 Seek to ensure optimal deployments and management of resources across both Ecobank and the client\u2019s teams to ensure efficiency and risk mitigation in process.<br>\u2713 Channels Support \u2013 after deployment services are essential to maintaining and growing business. This position will drive the implementation of our strategic and tactical plans along the perspective of \u00ab\u00a0Building Relationships\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Creating Value\u00a0\u00bb and \u00ab\u00a0Driving Satisfaction\u00a0\u00bb by entrenching a culture of proactive service delivery with a sense of urgency as it relates to digital channels and products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>II. KEY RESPONSABILITIES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u2022 Deployment of Ecobank online banking platforms: OMNI Plus &amp; OMNI Lite.<br>\u2022 Support the conceptualization, development and commercialization of all Ecobank digital products.<br>\u2022 Work with clients to implement file automation solutions such as linking their ERP\/treasury<br>management systems with Ecobank OMNI Plus to transfer payment files and receive statement data<br>over a secure connection.<br>\u2022 Provide in-depth training to clients explaining the technical, functional and business capabilities of all<br>platforms. Training to be delivered either remotely or onsite with the client.<br>\u2022 Provide first level technical support in respect of all Ecobank applications.<br>PUBLIC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PUBLIC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u2022 Perform quality reviews and Client training requests.<br>\u2022 Provide our clients with trusted advice that will enable them to fully appreciate the capabilities of<br>Ecobank\u2019s digital product range.<br>\u2022 Champion the elimination of Manually Initiated Funds Transfers (MIFT) and other manual requests<br>through wide on-boarding campaigns where clients shall be enrolled unto digital channels.<br>\u2022 Follow Ecobank requirements for new product development and innovation working in partnership<br>with Business Development and Innovation Heads or technical support teams.<br>\u2022 Ensure proper controls are included into all risk management tools for our client access channels.<br>\u2022 Driving utilization of all Corporate &amp; Commercial Bank digital channels.<br>\u2022 To support day-to-day operations of digital banking services delivered to the bank\u2019s global and regional<br>customers.<br>\u2022 Provide sales support to Account Managers and Heads of Products to secure the business of potential<br>customers by working closely to define customer solutions and optimal delivery.<br>\u2022 Deliver quality customer service to Global, Regional and Local clients of all segments through constant<br>communication and effective customer complaints resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>III. REPORTING<br>LINE MANAGER: :<br>\u2022 Head of Cash Management &amp; Client Access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>IV. JOB PROFILE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Experience &amp; Qualifications:<br>\u25aa Minimum requirement of a bachelor\u2019s degree. \u25aa Minimum of six (6) months working experience. \u25aa Microsoft Courses and Programming.<br>\u25aa Banking experience (added advantage).<br>\u25aa Experience in marketing\/sales drive.<br>\u25aa General business experience \u2013 accounting, marketing, etc.<br>\u25aa Knowledge of digital banking applications (added advantage). \u25aa Knowledge of banking\/branch procedures.<br>\u25aa Computer skills and knowledge.<br>Skills, Capabilities &amp; Personal attributes<br>\u2022 Strong interpersonal and selling skills.<br>\u2022 Demonstrates passion and creativity in solving complex business issues.<br>\u2022 Be a team player who can lead with courage in difficult situations.<br>\u2022 Ability to work unsupervised and meet tight deadlines.<br>\u2022 A confident communicator with strong presentation skills.<br>\u2022 Ability to demonstrate a strong commercial acumen and attention to details.<br>\u2022 Language: English &amp; French required.<br>\u2022 Knowledge of Ecobank\u2019s products and operations.<br>\u2022 Sound knowledge of computer hardware, software and selling skills.<br>\u2022 Goals driven and results oriented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>V.
