We are looking for SDA Supervisor.<\/span><\/p> 
Key Accountabilities:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p> 
\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the relationship between distributors and wholesalers (RD) in the area<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and maintain functional knowledge of the products, services and operations offered by the company.<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain a pre-determined number of target accounts and demonstrate active attention to those accounts and progress toward closing. Meet or exceed sales quota as defined by the company.<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Be able to complete work responsibilities in a timely manner,<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible for establishing store channels to help distributors carry out distribution,<\/span><\/p> 
Qualifications and Experience:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p> 
\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>HND\/BACHELOR in Marketing\/Sales\/International Sales,<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>2 Years\u2019 Experience in a multicultural environment Managing Small Domestic Appliances,<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Fluent in English and French, <\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Familiar with office suits\/presentations and graphs. <\/span><\/p> 
Capabilities and Skills :<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p> 
\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Open minded , smart , and responsible Person,<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to solve new problem;<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Good communication skills;<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Fluent in English (written and spoken);<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>A dynamic person;<\/span><\/p> 
\u00b7        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure.<\/span><\/p>
