You are also responsible for the development of the Engineering Team and staying abreast of compliance regulations and procedures in the field of Engineering, as required for hotel standards. Specifically, an Engineer will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Perform day-to-day routine and preventative maintenance within the hotel rooms<\/li><li>Respond promptly and efficiently to any maintenance calls that arise<\/li><li>Execute the preventative maintenance schedule and ensure all equipment and designated areas are maintained to the required standard<\/li><li>Assist in the implementation of energy conservation program<\/li><li>Recommend maintenance system improvements and energy savings<\/li><li>Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in good condition<\/li><li>Keep your technical training knowledge and skills up to date<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An Engineer Supervisor&nbsp;serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
