Essential Duties
\uf0b7 Manipulate data using Excel functions
\uf0b7 Very comfortable with MS Office functions including Word and PowerPoint
\uf0b7 Prepares organizational documents and marketing materials; knows photoshop and content creation
for ads
\uf0b7 Good in organizational communication, in reading and writing good English (knowledge of
communication in French a Plus) memos, reports, as necessary
\uf0b7 Responds to incoming calls & emails and chat messages- as well as follow up with customers in a timely
manner and as necessary
\uf0b7 Performs general office management duties and coordination
\uf0b7 Secures information by completing database backups;
\uf0b7 Can diagnose computer problems and minor repairs
\uf0b7 Has a good understanding of high school and university level education, career choices and options, and
can provide orientation to future students
Qualifications- EDUCATION
\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information technology, Software
engineering, Computer Networking or a related field preferred.
\uf0b7 Ability to read and write Good English and French a plus
EXPERIENCE
\uf0b7 Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Photoshop- Intermediate Level Preferred
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, and COMPETENCIES
\uf0b7 Technology Skills – MUST be very comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
o Knowledge of Photoshop or any other of digital technology is a plus.
\uf0b7 Marketing Skills- Ability to do online and onsite marketing is a plus.
\uf0b7 Social Media Skills- Experience with advertising and keeping users engaged on Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram, Tik Tok\u2026 creating and editing youtube videos
\uf0b7 Languages- Fluent in English and French<\/p>\n\n\n\n
