Reporting to the Field Operations Supervisor, your main missions will be :
\u2022 Successfully carry out Operational and Maintenance activities at all sites.
\u2022 Interface with Customers and internal departments on all operations related issues.
\u2022 Interface with 3rd parties to represent the Company.
\u2022 Train assigned interns, newly recruited Engineers and induct all new employees.
\u2022 Generate Procedures and Diagrams.
\u2022 Perform other related tasks as request by the Senior Field Engineer
\u2022 Beware of and comply with company Policies and code of conduct.
\u2022 Constantly improve customer experience be delivering brilliant and timely services.
\u2022 Prioritize reporting and feedback when diligently conduct procedures.
\u2022 Efficient conversance with all test equipment used in Operations.
\u2022 Perform Preventive Maintenance as scheduled.
\u2022 Timely respond to all CSD issued Fault Tickets and equally complete resolution timely.
\u2022 Effectively resolve faults within the expected Service Levels.
\u2022 To complete all expense report after all assignment.
\u2022 Ensure proper reporting and filing for future reference and continuity.
\u2022 Complete time sheets, project and expense reports within define timelines.
Profile :
\u2022 A B.Eng or HND in Electrical \/Electronic Engineering or its Equivalent.
\u2022 Advanced understanding of TCP\/IP network protocols, routing methodologies.
\u2022 Mastery of VSAT and Microwave systems.
\u2022 A Self-starter capable or working with minimum supervision.
\u2022 A positive attitude.
\u2022 Consciousness and ability to take responsibility.
\u2022 A team player with excellent communication skills.
