Position: HR Business Partner
Reporting Line: HR Manager
Local Grade: 10<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Conducts regular meetings with respective business units or functions (BU\/F)
\u2022 Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
\u2022 Analyzes trends and metrics with the HR Manager to develop solutions, programs & policies.
\u2022 Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and
objective investigations.
\u2022 Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of
employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal
department as needed\/required.
\u2022 Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching,
counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
\u2022 Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale,
and increase productivity and retention.
\u2022 Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
\u2022 Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
\u2022 Provides guidance and input on BU\/F structures, workforce planning and succession planning.
\u2022 Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
\u2022 Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to
ensure training objectives are met.
\u2022 Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
\u2022 Bachelor’s degree, with minimum 08 years of experience in a matrix environment, ideally in FMCG
\u2022 Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including Compensation & Benefits, Organizational
Design, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Performance Management, etc.
\u2022 A professional certification is not required, but will be a plus (SHRM, CIPD, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
