12.8px;background-color: #ffffff\"><span style=\"color: #495057;font-family: Poppins;font-size: 12.8px;background-color: #ffffff\">The web developer\/developer will work under the supervision of the CTO and collaborate with every key stakeholder of the company ( i.e all other staff, clients, consultants, partners, investors) .&nbsp;His\/her responsibilities will include the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #495057;font-family: Poppins;font-size: 12.8px;background-color: #ffffff\">\n<li>Client requirement gathering &amp; understanding<\/li>\n<li>Plan, develop( design &amp; code) all web projects together with other team members and some times alone.<\/li>\n<li>Assist to review, evaluate and maintain existing website designs and propose ideas to improve them.<\/li>\n<li>Take project requirements and create new website design templates and website elements utilizing top most widely used web development technologies from programming languages to frameworks and content management systems.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Professional in writing clean code&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Code HTML by hand and\/or with the use of any coding tools like Notepad++,&nbsp; Adobe Dreamweaver.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Work with and understand CMS web development<\/li>\n<li>Limited copywriting and editing of website content for SEO optimization<\/li>\n<li>File Management including naming conventions, folder organization and file migrations<\/li>\n<li>Website hosting concepts and multi-server development environments<\/li>\n<li>Create new and edit existing CSS files to achieve web page design goals<\/li>\n<li>Design web advertisements, banner ads, and corporate identities to match look and feel of brands.<\/li>\n<li>Potential to work with some Flash and video elements<\/li>\n<li>Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering<\/li>\n<li>Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks<\/li>\n<li>Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas<\/li>\n<li>Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing to work live, no remote work is allowed.<\/li>\n<li>Learn project and task management processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"color: #495057;font-family: Poppins;font-size: 12.8px\">\n<li><strong><u>Must have reliable, update to date laptop with at-least 8 RAM, 1GB Graphics , at-least 6 hours of battery automy<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Reliable monthly&nbsp;Internet with&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Experience with past existing( already in use) portfolio of at-least two i.e&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/resources.workable.com\/blog\/recruit-designers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong><u>Proven work experience<\/u><\/strong><\/a><strong><u>&nbsp;as a web designer<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong passion for digital art and graphic design<\/li>\n<li>Desire to learn about e-commerce industry and internet marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames.<\/li>\n<li>Individual should be able or ready to learn how to craft and execute a vision with creativity and style<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate directly with peers, managers, and clients while leading development to a completed and successful solution.<\/li>\n<li>Zeal to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in an Agile\/Scrum development process<\/li>\n<li>Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction<\/li>\n<li>Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies<\/li>\n<li>BS\/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or a Visual Arts
