19\/10\/2021&nbsp;<\/a><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Main Mission<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Expert SAP Materials Management will primarily responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Ensuring that the SAP Material Management environment is implemented, maintained and supported in accordance with SAP best practice and that all upgrades are fit for the intended purpose;<\/li><li>Providing guidance to external ERP project resources regarding the implementation of the Project Portfolio Management module;<\/li><li>Ensuring appropriate knowledge transfer to enable the provision of ongoing maintenance and support services to business process owners on the SAP Project Portfolio Management module;<\/li><li>Reviewing and continuously improve business processes after project commissioning, through the implementation of system upgrades in the SAP Project Portfolio Management environment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Main Activities and Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Develop, design and deliver the business processes required to support the logistics function;<\/li><li>Ensure appropriate service levels and quality standards are maintained;<\/li><li>Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and procedures;<\/li><li>Develop and review business cases, functional specifications, blueprints and other related documentation;<\/li><li>Facilitate workshop sessions to identify requirements and possible changes to business processes;<\/li><li>Review and update business requirements documents on a periodic basis;<\/li><li>Analyse and implement configuration or development changes required to meet change requests;<\/li><li>Establish and maintain regular meetings with the various user group representatives (including management) to proactively encourage process and system improvements in line with the strategy;<\/li><li>Maintain process designs, technical specifications, training manuals and test packages to ensure that all changes are reflected in all relevant documentation;<\/li><li>Store all applications and related documentation in a centralized repository for future knowledge transfer;<\/li><li>Cooperate with consultants from other modules such as FI-CO, PM, PP and PS.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Between 25 and 40 years old;<\/li><li>At least 3 years of higher education in IT or Supply Chain;<\/li><li>At least 5 years of practical experience in the fields of development and maintenance of IT applications (planning, design, development, functional configuration, testing and implementation) or in the framework of SAP projects around the SAP MM module;<\/li><li>SAP MM or Functional Analysis certification.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Good knowledge of the SAP MM module;<\/li><li>Good knowledge of project management;<\/li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office, mobile systems, web solutions, internet;<\/li><li>Good knowledge of SDLC, PDCA, Agile PMP, COBIT,<\/li><li>Good knowledge of integrated development environments<\/li><li>Good knowledge of information systems governance;<\/li><li>Good knowledge of Geographic Information Systems;<\/li><li>Good level of English.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Personal Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Ability to analyse
