Work days: Mondays to Fridays and exceptionally during weekends.<br>Type of Contract: Full time contract of employment regulated by Cameroon law. Languages Required: English &amp; French.<br>Compensation: Fixed salary and commission on sales.<br>Expected Start Date: November 2021 (negotiable).<\/li><li>Duties and Responsibilities:<br>Under the guidance and supervision of the Managing Director (MD), the Business Development &amp; Sales Associate will perform the following tasks:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Effectively liaise with actual and potential clients of Fort Alternates and its subsidiaries (the Company) as well as technical delivery teams on all aspects of business development and sales.<\/li><li>Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the Company\u2019s customer base<br>in 2021.<\/li><li>Draft business proposals for the Company. From time to time, as the companies identify potential<br>clients, the Business Development &amp; Sales Associate will be required to; <\/li><li><\/li><li>(1) send out introductory emails and participate in calls or physical meetings with the potential clients to better understand their needs<\/li><li><\/li><li> (2) adapt the business proposals or pro-forma invoices to the client\u2019s specific needs, <\/li><li><\/li><li>(3) work with the MD to review and approve the proposals,<\/li><li><\/li><li> (4) send out the proposals to targeted clients and, <\/li><li><\/li><li>(5) follow up until the signing of an agreement.<\/li><li>Act as main person of contact within the Company in charge of coordinating the establishment of deliverables.<\/li><li>Manage the company\u2019s brand promotion and ensure its strong presence online and offline.<\/li><li>Coordinate all SEO and Social Media Management activities. Where applicable, supervise work delivered by the marketing services providers, other marketing\/sales staff\/interns and, review their deliverables to ensure that they meet specific KPIs and coordinate payment for<br>their services.<\/li><li>Coordinate electronic and hard-copy filing of documents.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Requirements<\/li><li><br>\uf0b7 BA\/BS\/MA\/MBA or MS in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or a related field.
