\uf0a7 Management of UBA\u2019s remittance products portfolio in a way that ensures the Bank grows its position of leadership and dominance.
\uf0a7 Assist in identification, development and management of business opportunities
\uf0a7 Sales management with emphasis on product quality to ensure the remittance product lines remain competitive in the Cameroonian market.
\uf0a7 Enable UBA Cameroun to win in the Remittances Market space in Cameroun
\uf0a7 Create product awareness and training of staff and vendor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key Accountabilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0a7 Build a fit for purpose remittances strategy that delivers the expected outcomes
\uf0a7 Monitor the Bank\u2019s remittance products portfolio sales with a view to identifying non-performance segments.
\uf0a7 Work with Business offices to identify the needs, reactions to and the performance of remittance products in the market.
\uf0a7 Assign targets to Branches and monitor them to ensure these targets are met and surpassed.
\uf0a7 Maintain up-dated database on the remittance business of the Bank
\uf0a7 Product \/process enhancement for remittance product lines
\uf0a7 Participate in budget preparation, annual marketing plans and strategies for the business offices to achieve targeted growth objectives in retail and transaction Banking.
\uf0a7 Deliver high standard remittances knowledge enhancement through trainings and sensitization.
\uf0a7 Drive market development and brand building activities to position and maintain the remittance solutions in leadership ranks.
\uf0a7 Assist in preparing product\/project paper
\uf0a7 Roll out marketing actions and track performance of direct or indirect network
\uf0a7 Follow up with agents to increase sales points and activate dormant points<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience
Marketing, Sales and Communication.
