Mission\/ Core purpose of the Job: <\/strong>
Define, Develop and Execute Performance Test engineering tasks which include developing and implementing of Performance engineering methodology, Performance test process, Test requirements and analysis, monitoring\/analyzing Test results, collecting Test metrics and conducting Test reporting.
Coordinate a cross functional team Quality and testing resources for issues free delivery of the projects and Demands for the different MTN Portfolios;<\/td><\/tr>

Operational Delivery<\/strong>
\u2022 Work to ensure that developed products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards
\u2022 Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff to manage the technical and business environment
\u2022  Perform the selection of suitable load testing tools and liaise with IS Enterprise Support to prepare operation and maintenance procedure for these tools<\/strong>
\u2022  Communicate with product developers, technical operations and architects on product issues
\u2022 Interact across teams in a large organization to execute multiple tasks\/assignments simultaneously with input from several resources
\u2022 Maintains and updates the Quality and Performance tests strategy
\u2022 Identify and communicate issues\/risks applying technical and root cause analysis skillsStaff Leadership and Management<\/strong>
\u2022 Ability to work in a team
\u2022 Ability to coordinate a team of testers and Quality resources
\u2022 Responsible for self-learning and development with guidance from the Manager
\u2022 Ensure cohesive working with Cross functional teams
\u2022 Accountable for meeting and prioritising own targets \/ deadlines
\u2022 Provide information to the Manager on work accomplishments, individual \/ team challenges
\u2022 Lead team meetings and contribute on specialist \/ technical areas when required
\u2022 Review performance metric dashboards prepared on various performance metrics and provide input to the managerGovernance<\/strong>Adhoc and Operational Meeting
\u2022 Participate and provide inputs in Project meetings as and when required
\u2022 Set up and manage adhoc meetings for day to day QA and Testing requirements as and when required
Opco Operational
\u2022 Participate and provide inputs in project status meetings
\u2022 Propose operational changes and provide associated user impact assessment
Performance
\u2022 Ensure effective execution of day to day QA and Testing at the
\u2022 Improve productivity and quality through leading practice initiatives
Reporting
\u2022 Provide inputs to the Manager (as required) relating to progress made within the sub-division and in accordance with the measurement metrics set by the organisation<\/td><\/tr>

Education:<\/strong>
\u2013 Bsc or Masters Degree in Engineering or IT.
\u2013 Bilingual (French\/English)
Experience<\/strong>
\u2013 Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience including:
\u2013 Minimum 1 year of testing experience in the area of Mobile Telecommunications,
\u2013 Minimum 1 year of test automation experience,
\u2013 Minimum of 1 year of solid experience of Performance testing utilizing Test toolsTraining\/Certification<\/strong>
\u2022Project Management;
\u2022ITIL Certification is required and mandatory and other Testing certifications<\/td><\/tr>
