OperationsFull timeCameroonpackingplant-003<a href=\"https:\/\/apply.workable.com\/dangote\/j\/7D649D11D3\/\">OVERVIEW<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/apply.workable.com\/dangote\/j\/7D649D11D3\/apply\/\">APPLICATION<\/a>Share this job&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Description<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Operates automatically all Packers lines equipment \/ machines and silos extractions processes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Operates automatically all Packers lines equipment \/ machines and silos extractions processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use of specified computer applications involving the management of databases or spreadsheet files and the development of special report formats (DDS, SAP)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuring adequate Process Equipment Safety&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coordinate with Shift Maintenance team and optimize Packers Reliability &amp; Availability factors&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maintaining accurate records of shift loading trucks ATCs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuring accurate shift communication and timely reporting&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perform any other duty assigned by the Packing Plant Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Education and Work Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>HND or its equivalent in any discipline.<\/li><li>Good relationship management skills&nbsp;<\/li><li>Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Good knowledge of cement production process<\/li><li>Good knowledge of the cement packing machines\/ functions and procedures<\/li><li>Good supervisory skills&nbsp;<\/li><li>Good problem solving skills&nbsp;<\/li><li>Ability to pay attention to details&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Benefits<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Private insurance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paid time Off<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Training &amp;
