And turning prospects into customers&nbsp;<\/li><li>Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Attending conferences, meetings and translation events.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Developing quotes and proposals for clients.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Present, promote and sell products\/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers&nbsp;<\/li><li>Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing\/potential customers to meet their needs&nbsp;<\/li><li>Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships&nbsp;<\/li><li>Reach out to customer leads through cold calling&nbsp;<\/li><li>Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction&nbsp;<\/li><li>Analyze the territory\/market\u2019s potential, track sales and status reports&nbsp;<\/li><li>Perform a SWOT analysis on our competitors and others every two months&nbsp;<\/li><li>Supply management with weekly and monthly reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends&nbsp;<\/li><li>Continuous improvement through feedback<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES REQUIRED<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, marketing or related field.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Experience in sales, marketing or related field.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Strong communication skills and IT fluency. Proficient in both English and French,&nbsp;<\/li><li>Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
