DEVELOPMENT OFFICER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Department&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>: HUMAN RESOURCES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reporting Line &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>: HR TEAM LEAD<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/strong>HEAD OFFICE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Provide functional and administrative support for the execution of all e-learning interventions and induction programmes<\/li><li>Develop and maintain social action policy as motivation and reward support for high-performance employees<\/li><li>To assist in the implementation of all career development initiatives aimed at developing staff in line with individual and corporate objectives.<\/li><li>Monitoring and implementation of disciplinary sanctions<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Role and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;E-LEARNING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Coordinate the implementation of Training plans and programs in order to improve the competence and efficiency of the bank&rsquo;s staff.<\/li><li>Create and animate the service of training and development<\/li><li>Preparation of session plans for all training: competency assessment records, attendance records, course timetables, course session plans, course\/trainer notes and resources for all accredited training programs&nbsp;<\/li><li>Provide all advice in the context of training and development within the bank<\/li><li>Manages content, assigning of roles and courses etc\u2026 on the Learning Management System \u2013 e-Learning<\/li><li>Maintain staff training history records<\/li><li>Maintain proper training documentation &amp; filing<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;INDUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Organize and coordinate all induction programmes for new hires<\/li><li>Liaise with facilitators to ensure their availability on assigned training dates<\/li><li>Administer and evaluate feedback forms<\/li><li>Prepare and send feedback reports to facilitators<\/li><li>Process payment of accommodation and transportation allowance for trainees&nbsp;where applicable<\/li><li>Ensure that all training facilities are in good condition<\/li><li>Maintain and manage induction database<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Write the HCM Digest and send in same for review with Head Talent Management<\/li><li>Ensure timely publication of the HCM Digest. 1st working day of every month<\/li><li>Update the staff database regularly with the approved changes (Divisional, Department and Unit &#8211; Exits, Redeployment and New Hires&nbsp;)<\/li><li>Validate the staff database regularly with a list of active staff.<\/li><li>Deploy JDs to appropriate managers and for further redeployment to jobholders<\/li><li>Provide existing Job Descriptions for Units that make a request<\/li><li>Update the database for current and new job descriptions for all Management approved jobs in business directorates<\/li><li>Archive all letters (promotion, void, appointments, etc) in hard backfile<\/li><li>Ensure the implementation of&nbsp;disciplinary actions (DC reporting &#8211; Preparation of sanction and follow-up the implementation)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KPIs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Timeliness in performing all assigned tasks<\/li><li>Timely and accurate Notification\/Reminders sent<\/li><li>Level of integrity of the data in the e-learning<\/li><li>Timely and accurate deployment\/upload of course, assessments and evaluation forms on the LMS<\/li><li>Timely rendition of course feedback \u2013 Not later than 1-week post-course<\/li><li>Training monitoring ration monthly and yearly<\/li><li>Quality of reports generated<\/li><li>Customer Satisfaction Index<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Minimum education level \u2013Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or in any social sciences related discipline<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>EXPERIENCE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Work experience requirements 3 -7 years\u2019 work experience<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>KEY COMPETENCIES:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Knowledge<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Ability to train, motivate<\/li><li>A good understanding of Learning Management Systems and their functionalities emphasis on EKP<\/li><li>Computer appreciation<\/li><li>Planning &amp;
