{"id":21176,"date":"2021-09-06T12:48:02","date_gmt":"2021-09-06T10:48:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/louma-jobs.com\/cameroun\/?post_type=emplois&#038;p=21176"},"modified":"2021-09-06T12:48:05","modified_gmt":"2021-09-06T10:48:05","slug":"logistics-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"emplois","link":"https:\/\/louma-jobs.com\/cameroun\/recrutements-emplois-stages\/2021\/logistics-coordinator\/","title":{"rendered":"Logistics Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The role of the Logistics Coordinator position is to assist the logistics Manager to coordinate logistics activities in Cameroon<br><strong>We Offer<br><\/strong>Beginning: October 2021<br>Fix term Contract of one year<br>Duty station: Yaounde with 50% of field travel<br>Competitive salary and benefits package<br><strong>Missions \/ Responsabilit\u00e9s \/ Activit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Generic Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Implement NRC\u2019s systems and procedures at country and area offices;<\/li><li>Ensure adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines and donor requirements;<\/li><li>Coordinate, analyze and submit Monthly reports from area offices and country office;<\/li><li>Ensure proper filing of all support documents in office 365;<\/li><li>Support Logistics managers with procedures and training of support team in the field;<\/li><li>Take the lead with frame work agreement and follow up on its implementation;<\/li><li>Ensures that procurement processes are transparent, cost-effective, and consistent with anti-corruption guidelines;<\/li><li>Ensures that staff, materials and goods are transported economically and safely.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Specific Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Review procurement documents for conformity in Agresso and ensure procurement procedures are managed for National Tenders;<\/li><li>Provided operational support to logistics teams for the smooth running of logistics operations;<\/li><li>Coordinate technical training sessions for Area Officers and Logistics team in accordance with NRC policies;<\/li><li>Monitor the maintenance of equipment for NRC Cameroon office;<\/li><li>Assists the entire mission on technical issues (energy, radio communications, computer and office equipment), and performs ad hoc field assignments as required;<\/li><li>Responsible for archiving in office 365 according to NRC standards and policies in effect in the Country Program;<\/li><li>Verify, Analyze and compile logistic reports of the different offices according to the reporting schedule (purchase tracking report, asset report, stock report, narrative report, vehicle and generator tracking report);<\/li><li>Participation in procurement analysis committees, supplier identification and evaluation, inventory, specific logistical activities in the field offices;<\/li><li>Directly management assets according to the rules and procedures in place;<\/li><li>In charge of tracking and bills of Terra Mar, orange, rent, etc.<\/li><li>Manage suppliers and their registration in Agresso;<\/li><li>Supports the Logistics Manager in preparing teams for internal and external audits in the Country<\/li><li>Compile procurement plan.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comp\u00e9tences \/ Exigences \/ Qualit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts<\/li><li>Experience from working as a Logistics Coordinator in a humanitarian\/recovery context<\/li><li>Documented results related to the position\u2019s responsibilities<\/li><li>Knowledge about own leadership skills\/profile<\/li><li>Holder of an advanced degree in the field of logistics would be a plus<\/li><li>At least five years\u2019 progressive experience in INGO<\/li><li>Experience working with donors like NMFA\/NORAD, GFFO, ECHO, USAID, UNHCR, SIDA will be a strong advantage<\/li><li>Should be very bilingual, speaking and writing English and French.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Profil du candidat<\/strong>\u00bb Niveau d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience: Exp\u00e9riment\u00e9<br>\u00bb Ann\u00e9es d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience: 5 ans<br><strong>Documents de candidature<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bb Curriculum Vitae<br><strong>NOTE: LES ARNAQUEURS SONT DE PLUS EN PLUS ASTUCIEUX!
