{"id":20921,"date":"2021-09-01T14:25:11","date_gmt":"2021-09-01T12:25:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/louma-jobs.com\/cameroun\/?post_type=emplois&#038;p=20921"},"modified":"2021-09-01T14:26:04","modified_gmt":"2021-09-01T12:26:04","slug":"relationship-managers","status":"publish","type":"emplois","link":"https:\/\/louma-jobs.com\/cameroun\/recrutements-emplois-stages\/2021\/relationship-managers\/","title":{"rendered":"Relationship Managers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RECRUITMENT: INTERNAL EXTERNAL<br>ECOBANK CAMEROUN S.A. is recruiting 3 (three) Relationship Managers, Classic ready to work<br>across the national territory.<br>The positions are based in Douala, Bafoussam and Yaound\u00e9.<br>Job grade:3B;<br>Job level: 5<br>NATURE OF CONTRACT: Permanent Contract<br><strong>Missions \/ Responsabilit\u00e9s \/ Activit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>To deliver high quality service and customer retention approach to managing client relationships to<br>enhance product sales and new client growth targets.<\/li><li>To deliver on agreed individual targets for&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Deposit growth,<\/li><li>Revenue generation&nbsp;<\/li><li>product sales (Cross selling)&nbsp;<\/li><li>new client acquisition,&nbsp;<\/li><li>Digital products sales, (Mobile App, Ecobank Online)&nbsp;<\/li><li>Loan&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSABILITIES BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Proactively develop client relationship, anticipate and provide solutions to client needs and give<br>high priority to client satisfaction, with responsibility for meeting or exceeding agreed<br>performance targets and objectives.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Work to onboard clients and develop portfolio through the sales of direct banking products and<br>services&nbsp;<\/li><li>Ensure that client instructions are duly served by applying all standard checks and controls in<br>coordination with other departments.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Achieve a satisfactory level of knowledge of Classic Banking products and services<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Handle client queries of day to day nature and assist in resolving clients issues<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>LEADERSHIP AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Track and provide weekly reports on Portfolio performance at RM level<\/li><li>Team Player<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>PROCESS CONTROL AND OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Ensure full adherence to Operational Risk and Compliance guidelines e.g. KYC and anti-money&nbsp;laundering measures.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Constantly monitor credit portfolio to ensure maximum of 3% NPL.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>STRATEGIC INITIATIVES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Lead strategic initiatives that will create business growth<br>REPORTING Line:<br>Head Direct Banking<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comp\u00e9tences \/ Exigences \/ Qualit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>At least 3 years\u2019 experience in Banking, Marketing or Sales in FMCG organization&nbsp;<\/li><li>Sound business product knowledge and people development performance record&nbsp;<\/li><li>Good Understanding of operations, technology and customer services to drive the Classic banking<br>business.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing<br>or related field of study&nbsp;<\/li><li>Fluent in English &amp; French.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SKILLS &amp; CAPACITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Customer\/market orientated and Networking&nbsp;<\/li><li>Ability to establish direction and drive execution&nbsp;<\/li><li>Excellent at delivering and owning results&nbsp;<\/li><li>Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Profil du candidat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bb Niveau d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience: Exp\u00e9riment\u00e9<br>\u00bb Ann\u00e9es d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience: 3 ans <br>\u00bb Niveau Acad\u00e9mique Minimum: Master<br><strong>Documents de candidature<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bb Lettre de motivation<br>\u00bb Curriculum Vitae<br><strong>NOTE: LES ARNAQUEURS SONT DE PLUS EN PLUS ASTUCIEUX!
