She\/he should assist HR Ops Specialist in all tasks, including tracking hours worked for all employees, scheduling staff, and dispensing payroll for all BARRY CALLEBAUT entities in Cameroon.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Key responsibilities include:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Assist HR Ops Specialist on salary administration process ;<\/li><li>Leave management administration;<\/li><li>Assist to organize systematic medical visits;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Assist HR Ops Specialist on structures in the management of the remuneration of their temporary or seasonal staff;<\/li><li>Ad-hoc bonus &amp; salary adjustment administration;<\/li><li>Provides complete and accurate responses for employee or process related issues that are escalated to HR Ops Specialist;<\/li><li>Assist to elaboration and follow-up of the salary and facilities budget of the department;<\/li><li>Administrative management of staff (employment contracts, PMDP, Success Factor, payroll, discipline, travel, absences, transfers, &#8230;);<\/li><li>Coordination of the update and respect of the annual leave planning of the staff;<\/li><li>Ensure that each key human resource activity is covered by an appropriate and up-to-date procedure;<\/li><li>Management of CNPS files (retirement, work accidents, family allowances, registrations, &#8230;);<\/li><li>Administrative management of departures from the company (retirement, dismissal, resignation and death);<\/li><li>Assist HR Ops Specialist for periodic CNPS checks, ensure the monthly CNPS contribution declarations;<\/li><li>Assist HR Ops Specialist interacting with the insurer on matters of pension fund and retirement benefits;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Interact with audit firms and other institutions for salary surveys; &nbsp;<\/li><li>Assist in the development and planning of organization wide compensation programs and policies;<\/li><li>Assist HR Ops Specialist Collecting data about company\u2019s Compensation and Benefit policies and analyze them to prepare reports and advice managers for making important decisions;<\/li><li>Assist HR Ops Specialist to administer the company\u2019s compensation and benefit in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation and benefits for their position;<\/li><li>Assist HR Ops Specialist to manage canteen and Nursing room;<\/li><li>Execute all other tasks entrusted by the hierarchy.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>About You:&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Required academic qualifications<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Economics, Accounting, Human Resources or similar.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2 to 3 years of experience in an HR environment with a payroll focus (SAGE PAYE software is a +);<\/li><li>Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite;<\/li><li>Experience working in payroll or a similar role;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\"><li><strong>Knowledge<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Good understanding of HR Operations concepts, policies and procedures, and administrative procedures;<\/li><li>Working knowledge of payroll practices;<\/li><li>Applicant tracking Systems\/ SAP Success Factors;<\/li><li>Understanding of the varied labour laws;<\/li><li>Strong analytical background;<\/li><li>English- advanced level.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\"><li><strong>Interpersonal\/Leadership competencies<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Detailed oriented;<\/li><li>Highly organized and must be able to handle multiple priorities;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Females Applications are highly encouraged.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>N.B.:<\/u>&nbsp;<em>Interested &nbsp;candidates should submit their applications via the &nbsp;https:\/\/jobs.barry-callebaut.com\/ platform no later than 06th September 2021<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity &amp; Inclusion.
