CAF&nbsp;is looking to recruit a<em><\/em><\/strong><em>&nbsp;Legal Affairs and Compliance Director.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Represent and advise CAF on all legal matters, support the work of the organization, and manage the full range of legal activities.<\/li><li>Renew CAF&rsquo;s contractual agreements with its sponsors and partners.<\/li><li>Ensure the application of CAF&rsquo;s statutes, regulations and disciplinary codes and keep them up to date.<\/li><li>Advise and assist CAF in disputes and cases of its members before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).<\/li><li>Manage disputes related to CAF Member Associations in collaboration with FIFA.<\/li><li>Manage the accompaniment of Member Associations and African regional organizations in the compliance of their regulations with CAF requirements.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Inform and advise CAF officials and staff on their rights and obligations.<\/li><li>Oversee and monitor the implementation of the compliance program.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements (profile):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in law, Bar admission and proven experience in a law firm.<\/li><li>Ideally experience as a Legal Director in an international organization or corporation.<\/li><li>Experience in sports law would be an asset.<\/li><li>Fluency in English (written and spoken); fluency in another official CAF language (French or Arabic) is an asset.<\/li><li>Analytical skills.<\/li><li>Proactive and solution oriented.<\/li><li>Strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and integrity.<\/li><li>Good organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>An interesting and varied job in an exciting and innovative international organization.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Attractive employment conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The opportunity to be part of a highly committed international team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Quality social security coverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;An excellent pension schemes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The position will be based at CAF headquarters in Cairo (Egypt).
