As part of our activities , we are looking for a secretary \/ personal assistant who will assist in managing and coordinating the various administrative tasks of the agency such as :<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Briefing and organising the sending of newsletters to operators <\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Managing emails and phone calls<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Managing agendas and organise internal events – Be the point of contact for external interlocutors <\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Assisting in the coordination of the company’s actions both internal and external Job location : Douala , Cameroon Required profile : <\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Good mastery of the Microsoft office package <\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Excellent communication skills in English and French , both verbal and written <\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role with relevant transferable skills <\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Minimum advanced level certificate required <\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Proven organisational skills , excellent interpersonal skills , team spirit and enthusiasm <\/p>\n\n\n\n
