{"id":18036,"date":"2021-07-17T14:13:38","date_gmt":"2021-07-17T12:13:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/louma-jobs.com\/cameroun\/?post_type=emplois&#038;p=18036"},"modified":"2021-07-17T14:13:42","modified_gmt":"2021-07-17T12:13:42","slug":"cards-products-sales","status":"publish","type":"emplois","link":"https:\/\/louma-jobs.com\/cameroun\/recrutements-emplois-stages\/2021\/cards-products-sales\/","title":{"rendered":"Cards Products Sales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>ECOBANK CAMEROUN S.A. is recruiting a Head <strong>Cards Products Sales<\/strong> in the Consumer Banking Department, Ready to work across the national territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> The position is based in Douala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Job grade: 4c &#8211; Job level: 7 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JOB PURPOSE <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To effectively package and deliver approved Consumer <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Banking products to the satisfaction of customers in line with <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Group policies and within local regulations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Responsible for the delivery of approved <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consumer Banking products regarding opportunity identification, shelf placement, distribution and pricing in order to drive optimum sales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maintain  productive relationships with the sales teams and external customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> KEY RESPONSABILITIES <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Product Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2022 Identify opportunities and drive Cards sales aggressively in Consumer Bank Target Market areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Identify and execute marketing strategies suitable for increasing customer sign up and utilization of the Cards products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2022 Aggressive enrolment of Customers on all Cards products (both at the bank and Customer&rsquo;s premises).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2022 Ensure the positioning of approved key products as \u00ab\u00a0best in brand\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Ensure appropriate product pricing, subject to approval from Group Product Team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Deliver on sales targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2022 Focus on promotion and management of approved standard Consumers products with regard to sales, service and compliance with Group policies and local regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2022 Understand and provide product cards knowledge, training and guidance to Sales team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2022 Specialist point of contact for all staff to discuss specific problems; acting as a \u00ab\u00a0sounding board\u00a0\u00bb and recommending solutions or strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2022 Brief key stakeholders on product and promotional launches and provide regular feedback to Group Product Cards Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2022 Conduct Semi-annual Customer Needs Survey and Utilization of Cards. Ecobank The Pan African Bank<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KEY RESPONSABILITIES <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relationship Management <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Maintain excellent communication to support productive external and internal relationships and the resolution of problematic issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2022 Establish productive relationships with key stakeholders and business influencers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2022 Build a strong network to support the sharing of best practice with the Sales and Marketing teams in order to enhance cross-functional cooperation and achieve sales targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2022 Monitor Service Level Agreements and ensure effective delivery of services to both internal and external customers. Risk, governance &amp; control <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Provide analysis of monthly statistics to enable the tracking of Cards products. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Work with Group Product team to determine and implement corrective actions where necessary to achieve sales goals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Ensure compliance to local legal and regulatory requirements, audits and any other credit or governance directives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Comply with all the Group&rsquo;s policies and procedures. Financial Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2022 Ensure financial targets are achieved for Cards Banking Products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2022 Responsible for cost management of Cards products in line with budget.
