Provide on an ongoing basis, a clear understanding of Customer behavior to implement segmentation, targeted campaign, upselling and cross selling. Lead the CVM program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Detailed Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Operational Delivery<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Conduct deep analysis to identify segments and micro segments that will help to run targeted campaign.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Conduct analysis for customer behavior and profiling to identify the right campaign for the right segment and micro segment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Develop models to understand the effect of marketing and competitor actions upon each micro segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Lead the Customer life cycle process at MTN Cameroon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Provide in-MTNC assistance to both segments (Business and Consumer) in terms of Business Intelligence activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Support both segments adopting a segmented approach for any business issue that might have an impact on revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Support both segments building and animating micro-segments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;
