Position<\/u><\/strong>:  <\/strong>LOGISTICS ASSISTANT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Report to: IDF Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Integrated Development Foundation<\/strong> (IDF Bamenda) is seeking the service of a qualified, experienced and highly motivated LOGISTICS ASSISTANT<\/strong>. The position will be based in Bamenda<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap,label, ship, deliver)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Collect and send invoices to appropriate department<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Assist peers as required (coordinate meetings, training, etc.)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Prepare and submit contractor timesheets<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Coordinating travel of company personnel; booking flights, hotels, etc. \u2013 when required<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Entering the daily data from drillers timesheets into computer system<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Prepare monthly drilling expenditures and check the drillers invoices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Track and organize visitors\/contractors (let them know the pre-requisite before coming to site, keep track of them when in the field<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Run errands in town (postal services, pick up supplies) \u2022 Obtain RFQ\u2019s and submit to proper department<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Responsible for organization of property maintenance Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Proficiency in inventory software, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Strong organizational skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ability to lift heavy objects<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Valid Class G Driver\u2019s License<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 High school diploma<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required\/Desired Foreign Language<\/strong>: Fluency in French, Professional Proficiency in English required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
