Counter trafficking organizations work independently to rescue and place survivors with external agents for marketable skills acquisition. GLOWA is one of the organizations using this placement method to support survivors. The method faces the many challenges including trainers who don\u2019t understand the psychological needs of victims of trafficking, a non-accommodating training environment and exposure survivors to secondary trafficking. In respond, GLOWA is developing one stop facility that will help survivors to overcome gaps in their education and acquire marketable skills. We seek help in designing a concept note for resource mobilizationWriting and editing<\/p>\n\n\n\n Development programme\/project administrationGLOWA is a counter trafficking organization that has been providing vocational rehabilitation services to rescued victims of trafficking by placing them with external trainers for training. A recent evaluation of the program identified many shortcomings with the system of placing trainees with external trainers and strongly recommended the setting up of a customized GLOWA owned vocational training center In respond to this recommendation, GLOWA is a sewing school the will provide hard and soft skills to rescued victims and help facilitate their reintegration into the communities. In order to effectively operate the sewing school, GLOWA is seeking to build multiple partnership with donor organizations, in-kind donors, organizations working with victims of trafficking aboard where Cameroonian victims might be.
