Position: UI\/UX Designer
Reporting to: Chief Technology Officer <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Location: Douala<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Tranzak Cameroon is a FinTech start-up, providing top-notch solutions to individuals, small businesses, and merchants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Job Purpose: We are looking for a talented Web Designer to create amazing user experiences. The
ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. They should also have superior user interface design skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\u2022 Implement all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
\u2022 Conceptualize original product design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to
complex roadblocks
\u2022 Create wire-frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
\u2022 Collaborate with Front-end developers to convert product design into code
\u2022 Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Education, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
\u2022 Proven work experience as a UI Designer
\u2022 Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
\u2022 Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
\u2022 Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
\u2022 Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
\u2022 Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
\u2022 Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus
\u2022 Experience working in an Agile\/Scrum development process is a plus<\/p>\n\n\n\n
